I have been with comfort insurance since I bought my first motorhome in 2012. I was given their name by Aviva insurance company who insured my car.
They have always been most helpful and polite.
The breakdown they provide has got us out of several scrapes. They transported us home from the Penines when our clutch went. Then returned the next morning to take the vehicle to our repairer. Plus twice they've come to us in Portugal when we've had punctures.
George and Tracey in the office are so friendly, they never put any pressure on you and ring us when we've forgotten to renew.

Great service. On line quote system good but lacks detail. Called customer service very helpful and completed full process. However there is a glitch. I have taken out insurance yet I am being chased with phone call and emails asking if they can help after I started an on line quote. Join the dots. You have my business. A very competitive price and package.

My first time insuring a campervan and a pleasant experience. Tried a few others for quotes and conditions etc and for me Comfort came top of the list. Really helpful staff to talk to and advise, I spoke to Corrine a couple of times and she was just great. The conditions of insurance are good and the price beat all the others although for me the service etc outweighed the slight cost advantage.
