The experience overall was great. George was extremely patient and was able to answer all my questions bar one. He was able to find out the answer for me. Sadly it wasn't the answer I was hoping for!

Just renewed my policy with Ryan who was very helpful and made it easy. The renewal was very competitive which is why I renewed, however I asked about monthly payments and was not impressed with the amount charged in interest, so did not take up that option. Overall good service

Returning customer
I have been with Comfort for a number of years. Why? They are easy to deal with, professional, polite and competitive. My renewal was easy. Had a reminder email which prompted me to check the market. It was difficult to find an equivalent price with a well known insurer. When George phoned me to ask if I would like to renew, I knew what I wanted to do. We sped through the process in no time. No pressure, just easy efficient process. Job done.
