My first time insuring a campervan and a pleasant experience. Tried a few others for quotes and conditions etc and for me Comfort came top of the list. Really helpful staff to talk to and advise, I spoke to Corrine a couple of times and she was just great. The conditions of insurance are good and the price beat all the others although for me the service etc outweighed the slight cost advantage.

The advisor was excellent Donna went through everything with me and explained how the policy would work
From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for her
I explained that my camper is moving from one storage yard to another and she has noted it all down
The price was also dropped just excellent service

Quick to get through on the phone. Straightforward renewal

A good company to deal with, customer service is very good and easy to get hold of for any query. Many may not know but Comfort is part of Aviva Insurance which is a well known and respected company. I look about each year as Insurance is very competitive market but I'm now in my third year with Comfort. I would recommend them.

Got through quickly no long wait on hold . Spoke to Donna who talked me carefully through the stages to renew my policy . I was new to Motorhoming and had many questions about my circumstances, Donna guided me through each stage at all time being friendly and patient helping make me feel at ease . Very professional and helpful throughout an easy experience

Very professional. Renewal received well in advance of renewal date and very competitive price. Portal really easy to use. Phoned and spoke to Donna as I had a few questions. Super helpful and easy to understand as we went over the policy. Would definitely recommend.

If i could give 6 stars i would.
Really helpful on the phone and given a great price for my campervan, beating other quotes easily.
Also i incorrectly told them that i had 2 years no claims but it turned out i had 3 years and they are going to refund me!
Going to pass Comforts details to my mates who have similar vehicles.
