I never ever write a bad review but here goes

I ordered a dressing gown and some sponges on the 28th November they immediately took my money i gave a reasonable amount of time to contact them ( 8th December) to find out when the delivery would be they responded it will be dispatched in 2_4 days only to receive a message stating that " we are sorry the item is out of stock ) as I am writing this I am still awaiting my refund

I always try to support small businesses but on this occasion I felt I had to write a negative review to warn others it's honestly not good enough if you haven't got the stock do not take people's money under false pretences and if an honest mistake was made refund your customers immediately otherwise you will lose customers
It's disgusting

I’ve bought the sponges many times and ordered the snow man set in the Black Friday sale. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now and my order hasn’t arrived. I contacted them via email and had no reply so sent a message to their help page on instagram. I was then told there were stock issues and my order hadn’t actually been sent yet (despite a dispatch email) but that it would be sent that day (1 week ago now) - they didn’t bother to inform me of the stock issues at the time, just took the money! It’s now another week later and I am still chasing for my order! There’s no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service from ‘Carley’ on instagram. Really dissapointed. I have requested a refund and won’t be ordering again.

I have bought from Clomana on a number of occasions. Recently I’ve been trying to get my hands on a pair of their long sleeved PJ’s and managed to secure a pair twice only to received a message via Tik Tok a few days later to say they actually don’t have them and their stock was incorrect. The last occasion I joined one of their TT lives and purchased a mirror, 2 sponges and a dressing gown. When my item arrived in the post, guess what was missing!! The dressing gown.
Inside was a note saying, sorry it’s not in stock please contact our customer service for a refund.

I think it’s absolutely terrible to ask me to contact you for a refund, but I did. I was offered a 15% discount which I refused (being that I already had one of those codes from the 2nd time I had been sold stock that didn’t exist).
I asked for my monies to be refunded and for the complaints department email which I was given.
I have subsequently reached out to both Chloe and Mia a week ago with absolutely no response. No holding email to say they are reviewing my complaint or anything.
Not only that, but they still haven’t refunded me!

Yes the PJ’s are nice (can only comment on the short ones), yes the sponges are great (and I stand by that), but your stock inventory is a mess and your customer service is a disgrace.

I love supporting small UK run businesses, but I think I’ll have to give this one a miss moving forward.

Clomanâ is pure luxury. Yes it's a little more expensive however, you pay for what u get. I have an abundance of items from the World renowned Marshmallow sponge to the Cmfrt Robes, pyjamas, slippers and Hoodie. I'm obsessed and cannot wait to see what Chloe and the Clomaná team bring out in 2025.
Thank you for being a luxury brand that caters for larger sizes.. a very inclusive company indeed.

Just received another order from CLOMANÁ. I’ve used them lots of times before. And also when they had a different name Chloe by cosmetics. I LOVE the marshmallow sponges . So stocked up on those whilst they had a sale on. And also a powder puff. Ordered two by accident. But never mind. They will be used. I had a slight problem with my delivery as this time I also ordered Cmft pj’s! I went for the short ones and got sent long. I sent a message via the online messenger and within a few hours the problem was sorted a return label sent and Ellie will post me out the correct ones when my return arrives. Very helpful. More annoyed than angry as these things happen. As the pj’s felt soooo soft and brilliant quality. I’ve just got my fingers crossed they arrive before Thursday as would love to take them on holiday with me. Thanks Chloe and the gang. This won’t be my last order.

I placed an order on behalf of my friend in Greece, she loves these products. I asked if they could arrive by a certain day as I was leaving to go to Greece. I had a lovely email saying they had been shipped & also an email to check they had arrived. Just brilliant! Customer service at its very best! Thank you so much!
