Non Existant Customer Service
I decided to treat myself to a gorgeous Wren dressing gown. However when it arrived, the Medium absolutely swamped me. I contacted Clomana to organise a return (as per the returns process you have 14 days to return an item but the only way you can get the ball rolling is to contact them via email first) but I heard nothing. So I contacted them again, and again heard nothing.
I looked on their latest posts on tiktok and saw that stock is so hit and miss; countless requests for when size Small is back in stock, so I ended up deciding it's not the end of the world if a dressing gown is too big and decided to just keep the item.
But, Chloe...come on. You need to sort out your customer service!!

Buyer Beware
Terrible correspondence and worse customer service.
Won't go into all the boring details but it's obvious they are unaware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I read a review on here about them making a video on the back of a complaint which is harassment and making public your details which is a GDPR breach and lying in their video which is defamation. Another customer complained about button holes on pyjamas but was told they were fine. This is a violation of your rights, especially if the goods are under 6 months old.. You have the right to refund, replace or repair and that choice belongs to the customer and not the retailer. I thought their emails came across as unintelligent so I thought I'd check trust pilot... I am not surprised by their low score. This company does not have a clue.... Buyer Beware
I was completely skeptical about buying…
I was completely skeptical about buying the cream, as products just never work for me. Seeing Chloe’s journey and how she struggles with eczema, I thought that maybe just maybe this would work. Sadly it hasn’t, it’s just made my skin worse than it already was. The saddest part is I get married in 3 weeks and now I’m having to use steroid creams to get rid of the burning this has caused me. I didn’t know I wasn’t able to return, I attempted to return the item but today I received a message that I can’t get a refund on a product that’s ruined my skin. If you’re that person that just can’t use anything new because your skin gets worse, don’t risk it purchasing this item.
I genuinely thought Chloe and her team would refund me after seeing the video I sent them and especially after she made a whole hoo ha about a bad review she previously got, but no the product was sent back to me and I just threw £48 in the bin.

Great customer service, I unfortunately had to return some clothing items and found Ellie very helpful.
Not only was my returned items acknowledged promptly I also had my refund within one hour of the returns arriving.

Bad experience
I left a review on the Sephora website about her soft skin cream because I genuinely did not get on with the cream, unfortunately I have really bad eczema and dry skin
and it just didn’t work for me and I felt disappointed. She then made a video on my whole review saying I was a troll and it was a competitor and all her followers bashed me in the comments and blindly agreed - with no evidence as to who even left the review. Left me feeling really upset with a bitter taste in my mouth about her business because I have been a repeat buyer of the marshmallow sponge (which I absolutely loved I should add) but I won’t be buying from clomana again as the business was totally unprofessional about a review.
Poor customer service and quality
I have been a loyal customer over the past year, I had faulty pyjamas so returned them to get a replacement or refund. I sent photos beforehand showing the proof. This was because the pyjamas were faulty, the button holes were not stitched like they are meant to be so they wouldn’t do up and the threading came undone. They got them and said that there is nothing wrong with them which I was confused and gobsmacked about! I was like why would I lie? I have been a loyal customer over the years, they ignored my email and just was like we sent them back no refund or exchange with a full stop bluntly! I was shocked they sent them back to me and I can’t wear them due to them being faulty I wasted over £130 on them. I would stay clear away from them as they don’t care about their customers and just want money.

I’m disappointed in the lack of consistency and help. My orders have been cancelled multiple times due to a poor stock system/ management. Returning something due to sizing issue ( factory issue) asking for an exchange to be told there no stock to then find the size you wanted has been added to the web and TikTok the next day. Another example 2 orders cancelled on TikTok … 1 order was giving to someone who ordered on the live and the other one too coz it was a mystery. Ridiculous there’s no consistency or loyalty to good costumers. Sad I have to do this but here we are!

Poor quality for the price
I ordered the waffle robe at Christmas as a treat and the fabric was stiff and uncomfortable. The pyjamas were a beautiful colour i ordered Connie. Spending more than £80 i expected to have at least a couple of years use from the garments.
Well we are now in May and I've had to bin the waffle robe. After no more than 5 washes the fabric looks awful. The front pocket of the pyjamas have stitches coming away.
For a "luxury" brand it sure has a fast fashion feel

I’ve used this product to clean around 15 makeup brushes twice and it’s almost all gone after 2 uses. It cleans all my brushes amazingly apart from my foundation brush. But for £22 you can probably only use it around 3 times.
Poor Customer Service & Returns Policy BEWARE!
I have been a customer of Clomana/Cmfrt since October 2024 and in that time purchased 4 pairs of long pjs, 1 short pair, 2 soft button sets, 4 waffle robes and numerous sponges and mystery sets. I probably have spent in excess of £500. I have always been happy with the quality and service received.
However, a pair of Connie pjs I pre-ordered in November 2024 and received in December 2024 (so have only owned for 10 weeks) and due to the number of pairs of pjs I own, have only worn 4 times max, have started to show signs of fraying and the fabric pulling on one side of the trousers.
I contacted Clomana Help who said as it is outwith their 14 day returns policy and they are unable to help and as the product was received not faulty then my issue is down to wear and tear.
Personally if paying £50 for pyjamas and having only owned for 10 weeks and worn 4 times I would not expect a company who lists itself as 'premium' or 'luxury' to sell products that lose their appearance so quickly. I also pointed out this has not happened to any other pairs I have bought but this didn't seem to make an impact or be considered that the fabric used in the connie set could be defective.
I did raise a dispute with PayPal too but they sided with the seller as it is outwith 30 days. To me seems unfair as it is not reasonable to assume the product is going to be stress tested to the max in that 30 day period.
Based on my experience today I will not purchase anything else from Clomana as I do not rate their customer service and I would advise others to weigh up if the cost of the pyjamas are worth it if there turns out to be an issue with them. Bearing in mind since I purchased the price has increased from £49.99 to £54.99.
I would have considered myself a good customer but it doesn't seem to hold much value to the company if you then have an issue and they have your money.
INCREDIBLE customer service!
I ordered their fake tan and a marshmallow sponge. I realised there was no logo on the sponge, so I emailed them just to let them know (incase anyone else got one. However, I don’t mind that mine didn’t have one.. also just to check to see if they changed the marshmallow sponge or not) and when I tell you they replied back to me within 5 minutes?!
And they were so so sweet! They asked if I could send them a photo.. so I did.. and they apologised and said they can send me a new one completely for free and it will come tomorrow!
The service for me is definitely 5 stars. And the products it self are ALSO 5 stars! The fake tan is beautiful and the sponges are so soft.

I purchased Heidi bright pink pair of long pyjamas as a gift before Christmas. £50 for pyjamas is a lot but because it’s Christmas I thought what better time to have a treat?! So I ordered. These were marked as delivered to a Royal Mail sorting office and never even attempted delivery to my home address which was the delivery address I had inserted upon ordering. I contacted Royal Mail to begin with who told to contact the company regarding the lost parcel whilst they investigated the lost parcels whereabouts. When it is tracked it is plain to see that delivery was never attempted to my home. It arrived at the sorting office and never left. I tried reaching out to clomana via their “contact us” form on their website, also their Instagram and their TikTok and all messages have been ignored until this day - a month later. No such reply from anyone. I was only asking them if they were able to view any delivery photos to help me find the whereabouts of the parcel as when I tracked it there are no delivery photos to view but I wasn’t sure if the company could delve a bit deeper to help. I then asked for refund request with TikTok shop which was rejected by clomana. I took it back to TikTok who then decided to refund me. Luckily I did receive my money back thanks to TikTok! And no thanks to clomana!
Poor poor customer service for somebody so excited to gift such beautiful pyjamas. It is not my fault as a paying customer that I didn’t receive what I paid for. I won’t be spending my money with a company who cannot muster up a reply even within the space of a month. And also rejected a refund request without even replying to any of my messages or contacting me to question why I was requesting a refund.
That is a really poor show.
Beware if you do want to experience a pair of these luxury pyjamas - you may not receive your order and be blindly ignored by the company.
No order and no refund received.
Placed an order in the Black Friday sale. Parcel arrived damaged and was in a clear Royal Mail bag, as it had been damaged in transit. Postman took the parcel straight back to return it to Clomana. I’ve been messed around beyond belief. Firstly, they told me they’d send a replacement order, which I was happy with. After I’d chased this multiple times, I was told this hasn’t been sent! They did tell me that as they’ve now received the damaged parcel back, I should receive an automatic refund at some stage! Absolutely shocking. I’ve chased the refund and they keep asking the same questions over and over, what’s your order number etc. it’s almost like a delay tactic. Still no refund. This order was placed on 29 November and I have no goods and no refund. Customer service is beyond unacceptable. In the chat on their website, one person tells you one thing, then when you message back again to chase, another person tells you something completely different. I’ll never order from this company again and id avoid them at all costs.

I have ordered several times from Clomana both on their website and their TikTok. My experience has been incredible! I have received everything I ordered and some even before I expected! When ever I had an issue or question I emailed them and have always received amazing customer service! Thank you so much! I love the brand, the pjs are the best I ever had, so soft and cooling at the same time! The make up sponges are so soft on my sensitive skin and I think they are definitely worth the money. I look for to what 2025 brings for Clomana!
