Only nice things to say about Clomana. Great quality products.
Whenever something has happened (only once) which wasn't their fault, customer service was great.

Not sure what everyone is going on about poor quality or bad customer service. Used Clomaná for years and their quality and customer service has been fantastic. Every problem I’ve had they have sorted it quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them 1000%. People have to remember they are a small business and they do work their hardest.

Absolutely love this brand! The team are all fantastic and help with any queries. Never had an issue.
The quality of the products is outstanding. Always perfect. Packaged beautifully too.

Absolutely amazing service & products. At Christmas they had delivery issues & the staff went above & beyond to sort all issues. Even added over £40 of extras in each order as an apology. The communication is 10/10. Will always be ordering as it’s the best quality on the market for pyjamas & beauty products

I can’t recommend Clomana enough! I’ve been ordering from Clomana for years now and I’ve always had a very positive experience! The quality of Clomana and CMFRT items are always amazing! CMFRT is so worth the price tag! I’d say I own nearly every colour of the pyjamas!

Over the years I had issued with orders getting lost in the post or delays with shipments out of their control! Ellie and Carley from customer service are always so helpful and respond so quickly! They have always resolved any issue I had. Very professional, friendly and helpful customer service team! 💖

I have ordered a few times from Clomana now, and each time i have become obsessed with the pjs! Over Christmas period with the pre-order delays i was well informed with dates of delivery etc. i didn’t expect to receive any freebies with my order due to their shipment delays, so thankyouu. recieved my mystery pjs today i love them!! have been ordering from clomana for years! since way before the rebrand, and im actually obsessed with chloes pjs!! i have so many pairs its unreal would definitely recommend clomana!

Gorgeous quality pyjamas, the best eczema cream on the market and their sponges beat beauty blenders. All round fave shop.

Delivery takes a while but it does state on the website about this.

Absolutely love the beauty blenders and the Pjays are just WOW I love the comfort, style and softness and love coming home to put a pair on .

Placed an order 12/01 for the flossie robe, took a week to dispatch due to January sales which is fine. Unfortunately tracking hasn’t updated in over a week with Royal Mail so is presumed lost. I’ve been liaising with Ellie in Customer Service who has kindly and promptly dispatched a replacement for me on 24 hour delivery, it’s yet to arrive but fingers crossed Royal Mail don’t misplace this one! Ellie and I have even bonded over bunnies given the flossie robe is based on them 🐇

I have Used brush cleanser and it works great on cleaning my marhmallows and brushes.

My husband placed an order on Black Friday. He waited weeks to be told ‘sorry the item isn’t in stock anymore’. Order was cancelled and he was given a promo code as an apology.

I placed a second order using the promo code. It’s been a week and I still haven’t had a dispatch email.

This company is a joke.

Been waiting weeks for delivery or dispatch. Nothing has happened. Unbelievable honestly for the amount I spent on this order to have received nothing weeks later. Customer service is shocking and don’t respond for days & when they have they are vague and unhelpful. Since their message stating about it being sent out, another week has gone by. As another review stated it’s like falling into a black hole. Extremely disappointed, clearly social media and engagement in selling is more important than fulfilling orders. I will not be purchasing again.

What can I say but....AMAZING.
I wanted to invest in my sleep and upgrade my pj's. I'd heard the name clomaná from a number of people. I spent time reading reviews, because let's face it when you reach 40 a good night's sleep becomes harder to achieve (especially with 2 young children). I ordered the CMFRT petite luxury soft pyjama set - Harriet in Large (5"4 size 14). They arrived quickly, packaged perfectly, and with excitement for a CMFRT nights sleep. I tried them on and wow they did not come off. These pj's are the best, most comfiest, softest pj's I've ever worn or slept in. I was able to move, didn't get to hot, and had a CMFRT nights sleep. These are truly amazing, worth the investment, and will definitely be ordering again and again.

Whilst I love their blenders , I won’t be ordering again as there are others as good on the market.

Their delivery is pitiful in this day and age and their customer services next to useless

Order placed weeks ago and it's like it's fallen into a big black hole
I've emailed customer services twice and also left a voicemail asking for an update. To date , I have not received either a response or the order

Love the products. Customer service is none existent though, so I won't be purchasing anymore from here

Disappointed in the customer service and quality.
I bought a set last November for £70, barely worn and I contacted them to say the quality was poor and the fabric had ripped. I understand I was out of the 14day window but for £70 pyjamas the quality is not good enough!! Won’t be buying from Clomana again.
