We had a great experience of Clickmoves. Matt helped us relocate our possessions from UK to Malaga. Collection was prompt and Matt arranged safe and reasonably priced temporary storage in Spain due to a change in our circumstances. Some of our goods are fragile. All arrived in excellent condition and the delivery crews were pleasant and professional. Great service.

Super quick and smooth service. Got a quote after 1 day and it was also the best price compared to other companies. Matt got in touch with me quickly and kept me informed the whole time. During corona times it’s very challenging to move things, my things got collected from London and delivered to Stockholm after 1 week, within the timeframe I asked for. Nothing was broken and the drivers who collected were very friendly and helpful.

Because of that I had to change my moving twice and the last one with a lot of hurry in order to be able to arrive my country before the lock down.I got it!!

Having moved around the world I understand the differences in companies and quality of moving services. Country to country this can change a lot. Moving from HK to London was a breeze from the HK end and a disaster in the UK. Having now to move from London to Australia I was prepared for the worst. ClickMove were recommended to me and I am very happy I made contact. Matt and his team have been professional from the begining and made it very clear want I should be expecting in regards to cost and service. Team came to today mainly to collect packed boxes but also quickly and efficiently packed up some small tables etc. Everything clearly audited and taken with care.

My moving was from London to Porto (Portugal). Clickmoves handled it in a good way, accommodating the events (collection and delivering) to my agenda. I have no complaints.

The service provided by Matt at click moves was excellent and i have no problems for recommending him. He dealt with three different moves for us and coordinated them all and was always available. Can't express how pleased I was with the entire service! Complex logistics done with such ease.

We strongly recommend Matt and his company. Always happy to help, clear communication and really reasonable quality-price. Everything arrived on the scheduled date and time, no damages and calling an hour in advanced from the agreed scheduled to confirm delivery and pick up time and address. We will definitely use them again without doubt!!

I used ClickMoves to move 7 boxes, some framed art and a guitar from London to NYC. We chose the option to send it via freight on a ship because it was very affordable and we didn’t need the items urgently.
Matt was good about explaining the process and what he needed. I was a bit paranoid about handing over our belongings to a stranger, but he put me at ease.
Matt was also very accommodating - letting me reschedule the move last minute for a small fee of $30 USD.
He and his team cover the move both sides and the customs and I didn’t hear a peep of any issues with the border so that must have gone well. He even called me to help me fill out the customs paperwork which is only like 4 pages but again- I’m a bit of a worrier.
We handed over our items to Matt’s mover in London, Mid Oct and they were delivered to me in NYC Jan 5, which was again a great timeline for us. Would use Matt again, and will use the stateside movers again soon to move flats- as they were also great and quick and accommodating.

Matt was very responsive in the quote phase and answered all our (numerous) questions and quickly addressed any concerns.Great flexibility, as the destination address and apartment-type changed several times during the quote phase and was relatively short notice.
The quote was the best among several companies.
The removal team (sub-contractor Crystal) was excellent and above all very good-tempered, which is very important at a stressful time, as moves tend to be.
Stephan and his colleague were truly a pleasure to work with and we were happy that they were also the ones delivering our things in France.
All the items arrived in perfect condition and the team was specially careful not to damage anything in both apartments (one had a light carpet, the other is completely redone and not a trace in either).
In short, excellent from A to Z.

I contacted a host of companies to ship my belongings to Dubai. Matt contacted me with a very competitive quote and was really quick to help and answered all my questions immediately. Awesome service, quick quote, best price I could find, quick and efficient service, and Matt thought of everything along the way, even if it wasn't directly their job, e.g. How to get things out of storage without me being there. It took less than a week from us agreeing price and procedures to my stuff being in my parents' basement in a different country, with minimal input from me. Excellent service!

Very efficient and friendly

Packing and unpacking was done in a timely and professional manner, and we received our main shipment on time and with nothing missing.

Matt even helped with shipping my car from the UK to HK, and was very prompt in addressing any issues.

I still have a small shipment to be received later on but I have full confidence that clickmoves will deliver.

Clickmoves helped me with my relocation from London to Porto. The booking process was very transparent and we were given all the information regarding prices and time for transportation. On the moving date everything went very smoothly and all our stuff arrived in perfect condition and on time. We were very pleased with everyone’s work, particularly with Matt, who managed all the process. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. If needed, I would choose Clickmoves again.

Managed my move from London to New York. Really disappointed, I was told a 5 week shipping delivery, only to find 90% of shipments get inspected and there is an additional fee of $190, then it takes another 3 weeks, and then they charged me another $50 to deliver via an elevator (unbelievable) and another $75 because my building wanted insurance. I was told all of it was door to door, but apparently its not part of the moving company (3rd party delivers) - The guy should have explained this, frankly forked out a total of $470 in additional unexpected fees for repack my items, customs clearance, elevator and insurance firms.
Companies love to fall behind their T&C’s but all these things should be carefully related especially when we state we are looking for door to door service, which means all in.
How is it the same shipment from Asia to UK was delivered door to door and cost half (used seven seas). really unhappy with this service

Moving was fast, next day between London and Paris. Two guys did the job, clean and fast. I recommend this company !
