I recommend the service. All good

Top team, excellent packing and arrived on time. Matt and the team did a super job and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bad service. Incompetent service. The persons organizing the movie do not know what they are doing. They cannot organize a move from location A to B in a transparent way.
I organized a move with Clickmoves. My belongings were separated in the warehouse without being notified. I was contacted after and was told that there was an additional 1k to pay, and was even told if I wanted my belongings to be delivered; '' I better pay quickly''. Completely unacceptable because on the day of the collection the goods were weighted by the collection driver and registered on the collection note.
Which gives an understanding in how poor the customer services is. No respect whatsoever with customers.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Having initially made enquiries with another Company, who were rubbish, I contacted Clickmoves and am so glad I did. From start to finish Matt and his team were excellent. They made our move from Sweden back to the UK effortless. It was swift, inexpensive and stress free. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Very professional and efficient. I wish some of UK companies were more prepared to be out of EU so I could have made the gathering of the paperwork a bit less stressful. But thanks to the team , they made my move smoother and understood my worries. The drivers are excellent and professional, we had a good laugh talking while loading and unloading of the van. They deal with the boxes carefully, not a single box was badly handled and arrive in the same shape they were loaded in the van. Cannot express how thankful to all the team I am to the service you provide at a very good rate.

Everything went fine with the move from London to Germany! My things (8 moving boxes) were delivered within one week and nothing broke. They handled everything with care and Matt and his team kept me updated about every step in the process. I would definitely recommend this service :)

I came across Clickmoves while searching online for a company that could move my household items from Sweden where I have lived for the past ten years back to London. Of all the companies I contacted, Clickmoves seemed to be the most promising in terms of prompt communication and clarity of information but, having heard horror stories about moving across borders, I was cautious. However, Matt was very helpful from the outset of the process and showed flexibility and understanding at a stressful time for me.
The move of my items was problem-free and Matt arranged storage at fairly short notice once I let him know that I would not be able to move to my new flat as originally planned for a few more months. The UK team were extremely professional and made the move to my new flat feel so easy. And all this in the midst of the Covid pandemic and reimposed customs controls due to Brexit.
I would not hesitate to recommend Clickmoves to anyone who wants professional, responsible and courteous service.

Matt and his team made my move from London to Sweden so easy. Everything arrived on time and nothing was broken. I highly recommend using this company, prices are great, loading is swift and communication is great throughout the journey.

I've sent (a lot) of questions and got a reply every time - Matt was really quick to reply via email! I cannot give a full 5stars as I did not use the full service (we had a change of plans last minute and could not go ahead with Clickmoves) but I would definitely consider Matt and his team if our plan changes again. Matt and his team moved us from France back to London and he was very informative and easy to reach out to. With any questions or regards he was just a phone call away. The team on both ends were very kind and made sure all of our belongings arrived at final destination. Pricing wise is super reasonable comparing to all the other moving companies. 100% recommend to move with them!

Matt (The CEO) was very nice till we sent him the money, once he got the money he was almost impossible to reach and rude.

Our Experience with ClickMoves:

#Hard to reach after they got the money
#Arrived late to collect our stuff
#A day after they collected our stuff they contacted us saying that the load was too heavy and that they would need to use 2 vans instead of one (which would almost double the initial quote)
#Our stuff (1st van) arrived 2 days after arranged date and the 2nd Van arrived a week later.
#No updates on when delivery would happen (the driver just knocked our door one morning without notice)
#No apologies whatsoever from the company
#Didnt not even contact us to see if everything went well

Conclusion: DO not use those guys

Great service from start to finish.
Matt was very helpful since the day we contacted him to organise our move to Spain.
kept us informed all the time and very clear when explaining the process.
I have to say that the UK team as well as the Spanish team, once again, they were extremelly careful with our belonging and made sure everything went well.

We are so pleased with how the delivery went. Our overall experience with Click moves was extremely positive, from discussing quotes to delivering our belongings whilst we were stuck in quarantine. Would highly recommend click moves for anyone looking to move from the UK to Europe.

We picked ClickMoves after comparing a number of movers and we're so glad we did. We were impressed by Matt and ClickMoves from the start. The pricing was much more reasonable and affordable compared to some of the other movers but the service over and above what the others were offering. Matt was also an absolute delight to work with, he was professional and accommodating throughout and made our move to Sweden so much easier. He was quick to respond to emails and had a great team working with him. We had specific customs requirements and this was dealt with efficiently and we felt we could trust them 100%. The team who packed up our flat were professional, helpful and very easy to have in the house. They were clearly pros and our things were very well packed and looked after. The two who delivered our things at the other end were equally great and went over and above helping us. Having read all the other reviews before we finalised our move with Matt and ClickMoves I couldn't quite believe how they were all so positive. Now having moved with Matt and the team I 100% understand and agree. They made a huge difference to the ease of our move and I will use them again in the future if we move countries again.

Matt’s deliberate disregard to communicate any hidden whimsical made up costs is just not exceptable, he voids & terminates contracts and adds fees as he feels fit. PLEASE DONT use this company, Matt just piggy backs off Doree Bonner International, so just go straight to them instead. I Look Forward to another fairytale response you massive dreamer.

Speedy efficient service from Matt and colleagues at click moves. I was worried about paperwork, potential customs difficulties and complicated procedures due to COVID and Brexit.
The team managed the furniture removal smoothly and efficiently and their knowledge and communication was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
