Fantastic Service from Neil, very responsive and kept in touch , prompt on time visit , 5 Starts from me 😁

I called clear flow to my property as my toilet wasn’t flushing properly
The water level was rising so I assumed I had a blockage
Clear flow arrived promptly and after a thorough inspection it transpired the blockage was from the neighbouring property which was affecting the flow to mine
That was dealt with and the problem is now resolved
I find clear flow was an excellent service

Amazing service. One phone call and were here fixing the issue. Professional and competent! Superb service from a local company!!

Neil was a lifesaver i had a blocked manhole. Friendly polite guy. Got the blockage done no in time and itwas a messy blockage well done. Great price saved me alot of money. Will definitely use Clearflow again. No call out charge and you only pay if they can do the job.

Quick shoutout to Neil at Clearflow Drains – called him about a blocked soil stack, and he diagnosed it over the phone. Arrived bang on 8am next day, sorted in 10 minutes flat. Top-notch service you can trust 100%. Highly recommend for anyone in the Midlands facing drainage issues!

Exceptional service from Neil and his son this morning when we experienced a blocked toilet at our community cafe.
Knowing that we would not be able to trade, Neil managed to rearrange his morning to get to us first thing.
Friendly, communicative and efficient, they cleared the blockage and had us up and running by 8.30am!
They will definitely be my go to if we have any issues in the future.

Absolutely Amazing company. Really good price even though they were called out in the weekend.
Explain and showed me exactly what was happening in drains via video…
I would definitely recommend and use again if needed…
Thankyou you were amazing

Absolutely fantastic, came out and sorted our issue quickly and efficiently. Would recommend

I had major issues with my drainage caused by ground movement. Ground had to dug up and a New drainage system put in . This was done efficiently and to a very high standard . The workman were brilliant .My slabs etc were all put back as they were before . I highly recommend this company , brilliant job .

Neil was very polite and friendly. Arrived within 30 minutes. Sorted the problem and left everything clean . Thank you

I have to start with how great and polite Neil was from the First Phone call we made to him, he came straight out to us to help with our situation as we had been messed around all day by different people he was very knowledgeable about our situation and was really quick at helping us fix our situation.

He helped us so much such a lovely person and can’t thank him enough for getting us out of a tricky situation. If i had any sort of problem like this again Neil and Clearflow would be the first people i would call i was so impressed with his professionalism and how good and nice and person he was. if your having problems with drainage or anything in that department please give these a call i have no doubt they are the best people for the job.

Neil was fantastic and came same day to address an issue with our drains at a reasonable fixed price. Super honest and got the issue sorted within the hour.

Neil provided wonderful service. He arrived within 45 minutes of my calling him about a blocked drain. He quoted me a fixed price for the work. He then worked efficiently to clear our problem. He even found another drain which we did not know was blocked and cleared that too at no extra cost. He was friendly and helpful throughout. I would use his services again and recommend them to anyone.

I was really impressed with the team from Clear Flow Drains. They arrived on time, bright and early, and offered a fixed-rate, no-clearance–no-fee service. The issue turned out to be a piece of metal stuck to a bit of wood, but they quickly jetted it out and had the drain cleared within half an hour.

The team was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They got straight to work and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Clear Flow Drains — their prices were very competitive, especially compared to other quotes I received for weekend and day rates. Definitely worth giving them a call.

Thanks, put faith back in to a faithless society, got exactly what I wanted and expected and promised, which unfortunately in this day and age is very rare, sad but true
Thanks again for actually doing the right thing, cheers

Brilliant service and very friendly. Unblocked my sewer drains in minutes. The smell was getting unbearable and they sorted the blockage so quickly. Highly Recommended. Well done fellas!

Superb service from Neil and Sean. Rang and explained the problem, was given a fixed price no matter how long the job would have taken. They arrived within the hour, was very honest, friendly, knowledgeable and definately knew there stuff, they explained everything and made us feel as ease and even washed everything down after the job was completed. Their service was better than Severn Trent!! I would definitely recommend this family run business to all and use there services again, thank you both for making us feel at ease and shifting the blockage, your service was excellent Lucy and Gareth

What can I say that hasn't already been said by other people who have used Clear Flow Drains?
Absolutely brilliant service from Neil and Sean, a father and son team.
Came as booked on time and in as little as 20 minutes the problematic job - which Severn Trent said was "fat and grease" - was identified (blocked sewer pipe) and carried out successfully.
Neil and Sean even cleaned down after themselves, which was really appreciated.
I have already told my neighbours and my friends about CFD...if you want proper service, then CFD are a 100% your go to guys!
They accept cash and card.

Amazing Company, been using them for the last 7 years, emptying 3 tanks and looking after lots of drainage, never let me down and always get the job done, prices are good and the staff are outstanding, well done Clear Flow keep up the good work

This company is fantastic. Drains blocked, called them, and they came out in an hour! Fixed price no matter how long the job took. Neil was courteous, obviously knew what he was doing, sorted the problem with no fuss and (this is where he earned his fifth star!) cleaned the area surrounding the drain so there was no muck lying around (unlike a certain national company I used a few years ago). He wouldn’t even take a tip from me! Outstanding service and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Family firm of course- reputation is everything. Thanks Clearflow!
