OK. I've had the shaver for a few weeks now so I feel pretty confident in saying it's definitely the best head and face shaver I have had yet - and that includes a Pitbull. Easy to operate, ergonomic, great battery life and most of all gives a great smooth shave without masses of effort. Very happy with it. Nothing really to add. Would recommend.

Very impressed so far. Did one cut last night and its the best iver used. The magnet snap in and snap out blades work really well. Very easy to clean. Cuts very short as well.

Doesn’t cut short enough, doesn’t cut bald , feels well made
Product feels like it is well made and packaging is all good quality but it just doesn’t cut anywhere near as short as promiced , I seen it online advertised with lots of good comments so assumed the product would be great , tried it first time and it couldn’t cut 2 days worth of growth . Took 15 minutes just to at least get it evenly cut, despite them advertising no more patches . It’s no we’re near a 0 cut either never mind completely bald as they say , it doesn’t cut and leave scratches on your head like other shavers can but is far from smooth gliding as it struggles to cut the hair, honestly I don’t understand were the good reviews come from , unless I’ve got a faulty one because no way bald men would use this shaver for the price when Amazon ones a third the price get it to bare skin, emailed them 3 days ago to return it as they have 30 day guarantee stills waiting reply at the moment

Hands down the best I’ve ever had!
I love this head shaver. It’s hands down the best I’ve ever used and I’ve tried a lot.
Feels comfortable in the hand and the dual speed cuts through even a few days growth.
Built quality is excellent and I feel confident that it’ll last, especially with the lifetime warranty.

Received today and used straight away
Received today and used straight away. This is the best head shaver that I've ever used!! And believe me, I've been through a few. I had about 6 days of growth and was a bit dubious whether it could deal with that sort of length but there was no issue at all. Took half the time of the phillips one blade which I was using previously.
I did get a bit of shaving rash at the base of my neck but I'm sure that will go as my body gets used to it.
Amazing product, really happy with my purchase.

Not for me but still great service
As far as the blades go, they cut very close and give a nice smooth finish. Unfortunately I didn't get on with the unit itself and the handling of it, it just didn't feel comfortable compared to my usual shaver.
The service though was great, it was delivered within a couple of days and the returning of it was straightforward and hassle free, with my email being replied to promptly and professionally. The time from the postie picking it up to getting a refund issued was only four days, so I can't fault them at all.
Posting this mainly to put paid to any scepticism surrounding the 30 day money back guarantee.

First timer with a multi head trimmer
I love it. Very handy and quick to get me fairly hair free. I’m always left with some stubble tho which I’m disappointed about. I am new to it so that could be pilot error! That said no burn (I’d be prone to it). I see similar products at cheaper prices too but can’t vouch for their quality. Overall I’m happy and would recommend to other men.

The technique to get it smooth can take some time. Make sure you try as many different methods as possible to give you the best results.
Wet, dry, foam, cream, after shower, before the list goes on. There’s many ways to shave and I’m sure you’ll find what works best for you.

The razor is brilliant and cuts fantastic. The only criticism is you have to keep buying the replacement heads to keep your warranty going. It wasn't a cheap razor and to keep buying the replacement heads to keep the warranty is a bit naughty of them especially as they don't promote that in their sales pitch. Ive had a skull shaver for several years and never had to replace the blade.
Apart from that im happy with it.

We do try to make it as open as possible and it’s certainly not something we are trying to hide.
Naturally all things that cut go blunt so the heads will need replacing. When you do that every 6 months it ensure optimal wear on the gears for the motor etc which means we can guarantee it.
Again sorry you felt it was hidden but I am glad you are happy with the results of the shaver.
