Absolutely amazing service! Great communication from the office. Attended a holiday property as an urgent call out within a couple hours. Resolved issue, provided photos for me to report back to property owner. An excellent local firm, would highly recommend. Thank you

Came over quickly first thing in the morning and solved the problem fast. Really friendly and helpful.

Had a major issue with a blocked toilet and gave Clearflow Drains a call. They gave me a straightforward, fixed price over the phone with absolutely no hidden fees or VAT. They arrived quickly, sorted out the toilet block in no time, and left everything completely spotless. It’s a huge relief to find a reliable team that doesn't charge just to turn up. Highly recommend Neil and the team!— Aurelian

I cannot recommend Neil at Clearflow Drains highly enough. His help and reassurance during a highly stressful situation was fantastic. He sorted the issue professionally, if you have any drainage problems, this is the company to call. Thank you

Top-tier service. I’ve been using them for our business for quite some time now, and they’ve consistently been quick, professional, and straight to the point. Once you call, they’re usually on-site within an hour and get straight to work without any unnecessary hassle. Highly recommend their service.

Neil was absolutely amazing very good customer service skills and the job was done better than expected. Cleaned up after his job definitely recommend everyone to try his service.

Highly recommended we’re out within the hour, very reasonably priced and problem sorted. Everything tidied and cleaned before they left too. Would definitely use them again

Excellent service from Clearflow Drains. I called this morning, and Neil and Sean were with me within an hour.

They were both really friendly and professional, and quickly assessed the blockage, checked the garden for any additional manholes to understand the drainage layout, cleared the blockage, and then put a CCTV camera down the drain to make sure there wasn't any damage to the pipework.

They explained everything clearly throughout, gave great advice and left everything clean and tidy before they left.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Clearflow Drains again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable drainage company. Thanks again, Neil and Sean!

Neil arrived promptly and did fantastic job putting myself mind at ease, I would recommend Neil to everyone definitely

I cannot recommend Clearflow Drains highly enough. They recently cleared our drains and a soakaway, and they even threw in two new drain covers—all strictly within the original quoted price. The level of service was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to give a clear explanation of exactly what they did, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they suggested some smart upgrades to help us avoid further issues down the line, showing they genuinely care about long-term solutions rather than just a quick fix. Professional, honest, and thorough. I will definitely use them again! Oh and the number plate on the Van brought a bit of humour to the job.

Friendley, quick and proffesional service can not rate more highly...thanks lads

Neil was brilliant. Had a blocked toilet and him and his colleague were at my house within ten minutes of me calling and fixed the issue. Would 100% use again for any future issues.

Spoke with Neil after 7am and he arrived within the hour. He explained everything he was doing and removed what was causing the blockage. A piece of the toilet freshener. No mess left and what surprised me was how quickly he arrived on a rainy Saturday morning. 10 stars. Thank you.

I called a few companies to unblock my sewage drains and pipes but found most people to be unreliable. These guys came straight away and got the job done in 45mins. Then they tested the drains for me and everything was clear. Highly recommend. Also reasonable prices.

Arrived quickly to advise and possibly clear blocked drain due to ongoing sewerage smell in house. After checking drain and neighbours told it was a Severn trent job which we wouldn't be charged for. So thankful for the honest advise. Will definitely keep his number and recommend his services to others.

Before booking, I looked at reviews, but you always wonder.
Neil came the next day, after booking late afternoon, bang on time at 0800. He is what others say. Diligent, eager to sort your problem and then demonstrate he has sorted it when he's finished. Even checked our inside work done by a plumber and found an issue, which he also sorted. Just a complete service. Wanting a satisfied customer. He's got another one
here.

Neil was a life saver today. After calling multiple companies with no availability and having only one toilet in the house I was running out of options . Customer service was great the lady managed my expectations from the word go. Neil was at the property within the hour and sorted the issue out within 30 mins. All within a reasonable price. Thanks Neil you were friendly , professional and got the job done . Appreciated 👏

Neil was amazing!!!
We had an external blocked drain, when we contacted Neil he was really helpful and explained exactly what the issue could be and what to look for. We needed a call out and he was able to respond within the hour (on a Sunday morning too!!). Neil resolved the issue very quickly and ensured that we were satisfied with what he had done and the functionality of the drain. He also gave great advice in preventing further issues. We are really happy with the service we received and the price that was charged. Would highly recommend Neil and Clearflow Drains any time!
