I took up the offer of asking for sample tiles - I ordered 3 and these were delivered, free of charge, with a couple of days. They were exactly what I wanted so placed my order. Even though my order was for inexpensive tiles -and not many of them- it was dealt with promptly and with no extra delivery costs. All contact with the company was with friendly staff - which is always appreciated!

Emma at Claybrook was incredibly helpful. Excellent advice and customer service second to none.

From start to finish dealing with Claybrook has been an absolute dream, in particular Carly who has virtually held my hand along the way, I’ve done 2 bathrooms and a slash back in the kitchen. The tiles are fabulous, not just your average tile and pretty competitively priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claybrook in fact we are starting a hair salon soon and will be using not only the tiles but the paint to!

Dilan provided great customer services both when I visited the studio and throughout the design service. The design service is very good value, given the amount of thought that goes into each design. Claybrook has a great selection of tiles and I felt it was more on-trend then their competitors and very well priced. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to complete my order as the feature tile was suddenly out of stock. Dilan, did everything she could to resolve the issue. Despite not completing my project with them, I would highly recommend them (in particular Dilan) and I would use them again. The only thing I would feedback in order to prevent future disappointment for customers and loosing sales for the business is to improve communication between the inventory supply chain and the sales/design team.

I am absolutely delighted with the caring considerate assistance that I was given with all my enquires and help placing my order.this is my first time using Claybrooks and will always use them again.

Just thought I'd leave a quick review as I was unsure about buying from here after reading the other reviews. We ordered tiles on the 6th of the month, they arrived by the 14th. Three tiles were chipped and I told them the same day, and three new tiles arrived by the 19th. Tiles are great, good price and we didn't have any problems that weren't resolved easily via email.

At the beginning I need to mention that I received wrong colour tiles but the whole experience with Claybrook was positive after all. They reacted very quickly to send us new ones with the next day delivery. Two of the tiles came broken and they refunded it. Good contact and quick issue solving. Recommended!

Absolutely amazing! Dilan could not have been more helpful. Her attention to detail was second to none, she was super patient with me and also delivered everything promptly and worked with my extremely tight deadlines.
I love the products, my bathroom looks phenomenal and the experience relieved so much stress from my conversion project. I would not hesitate to recommend Dilan and Claybrook to anyone with interior design / tiling needs.

Delightfully and easy experience from beginning to end.

I’d mistakenly ordered a silk emulsion instead of a flat emulsion. Email sent to Claybrook Studio (Saturday evening) and I followed it up with a call the following Monday morning which is when I spoke to Emma, who was more than helpful and kept me in the loop at all times. My order was changed and the cash difference reimbursed (without me having to request refund).

Paint received quickly and it’s one of the best I’ve ever used….thick and great depth of colour.

So, brilliant customer service and product.

I'm not often compelled to leave reviews but I've had such a positive experience with Claybrook. Firstly, 4 free tile samples. Secondly, when realising I hadn't considered grout (and with delivery timescales up to Xmas), they emailed me immediately with a picture of the tile I chose with grout swatches. I placed my order on Tuesday and it's arrived today. Tracking information was spot on. I'm really impressed. Thank you.

I can only repeat all the other customer complaints about terrible delivery - their warehouse takes days and days to pack and send out orders. I have had to chase each order I have placed on numerous occassions. Customer service (largely) at Claybrook seem to resent their customers asking about delivery and complaining about lack of delivery. When this current job is finished I would never use them again.

I have just put claybrook tiles on the floor of my new bathroom, they look wonderful,I keep on going into have a look at the.Service was brilliant they arrived five days after I ordered them.

I have worked with Claybrook on numerous interior design projects. It is one of our main suppliers when we are looking for ultimate quality in design, manufacturing and customer service for our clients.

The Claybrook tiles are gorgeous. We used them for walls and floors in bathrooms, utility, kitchen and also the patio. We were able to get all the samples we needed and support from their sales and design team to help us choose the perfect tile/colour/grout. We had advice regarding floor preparation and the finished result is beautiful inside and out. Great products, great service. Thank you.

I can't recommend Claybrook highly enough. Amazing service from beginning to end - they went above and beyond in listening to my needs/preferred styles and helped me to source the perfect floor tiles for our kitchen, and wall tiles behind the cooker. Both look absolutely stunning and I can't count the number of compliments they've received! From the staff in the showrooms, to those processing the order, organising samples and the delivery and installation of the tiles, we had a seamless experience and couldn't be more thrilled. I have worked with Claybrook from very soon after they set up the business. All my interactions with the sales and support staff has always been fantastic. Their selection of products are great and their knowledge of use is informed. I would not hesitate to recommend them on every level.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!
Ordered some tiles for my home renovation.

10 days after placing the order still not arrived and I was due to go away with work after that.

I rang and spoke to different people who reassured me the tiles would be delivered on the day I requested (which was the 7th working day after order so I should have received them by then anyway!!!)

Multiple different people said they would call me back and then didn’t. I chased and chased to get an answer.
One girl eventually reassured me they would definitely arrive on that day and then 5pm I get an email from the warehouse saying they would come the day after.
I chased again someone and they said they would call me back 9am the next day.. surprise surprise didn’t!!!!
10am I call AGAIN and had to change the address and beg a friend to stay in all day to receive them.

The most insincere apology from the girl on the phone. Will never ever shop with claybrook again!!!
