Excellent Customer service, Beautiful Tiles. I came across Claybrook in the desperate search for some pink tiles. Their range is beautiful. The delivery was going to take longer than hoped so I emailed to ask if it was possible to receive them sooner. I was contacted back immediately to advise they would despatch in time for when I needed and they arrived as promised, perfectly packaged, no damages and the colour and quality was just as expected from the tiles I selected. Already recommended to a friend who's renovating. Thank you again for a wonderful service.

My first time using Claybrook. Bought Dinosaurs Tooth for a west facing living room to replace brilliant white. Fantastic warm colour that makes everything feel homely again, I've used many high-end paint brands and this was the best. Lovely thick and smooth consistency that didn't drip or run. I barely had to use dust sheets as there was minimum splatter. I am a convert and will use Claybrook for other projects around my house.

The tiles I wanted were out of stock much to my disappointment. However they were expected soon so I preordered.

A few days later I was told they would be available and the tiles were dispatched promptly

Fantastic company, great quality tiles at a great price, once ordered they arrive in less than a week and you can return boxes you don't use within 60 days. Believe me I've looked at a lot of tile companies and I think this is the best.

We could have got these tiles from a number of suppliers but Claybrook had the best (equal) price and free delivery. What's more the tiles arrived in quick order. Many thanks!

I have been thoroughly impressed with Claybrooks customer service. I ordered samples that I needed super quick and they made sure they were sent immediately. I then ordered the tiles without realising the delivery time, and on speaking to them again they were very helpful and expedited the delivery, so they arrived on time. Such quick response times, and incidentally the tiles look beautiful!

Have visited their showroom and also ordered samples from them, the experience has been awesome and eventually used their tiles for a hallway and kitchen project. Customer service has been great and they helped arranging a delivery in the morning for an extra fee - and they arrived on time. Would highly recommend.

I've been waiting for a specific tile to come back in stock with Claybrook, and Alice F from customer service has been brilliant throughout the process. Her communication has been excellent, keeping me updated regularly. Very helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to receiving the product and seeing the finished result in my ensuite!

I really struggled to find colourful tiles until I came across Claybrook. The beautiful and well priced tiles have made my bathrooms places of joy! The customer service was first rate and the staff were patient and helpful throughout.

We really like the lovely bathroom fittings and tiles we bought from Claybrook Studio recently, but less so their attitude to helping when one of those products was defective.
We ordered a sink basin unit (for £400), which arrived with metal scratch marks off the pallet. First CS advised that we tried a plumbers rubber, which we did (for £10) with no effect. Then they offered us an exchange with another ex-display unit which also had two defects.
Rather than choose between which of the two defective basins we'd like to pay full price for, I requested some money off to keep the one we had. They offered £80, or a new sink when they're back in stock in 3-4 weeks.

This is a reasonable response, but we're paying bathroom fitters by the day, and the cost of swapping the sink in a months time will be another £200, that we don't want to pay on top of an already expensive unit.

Their fittings are beautiful, but if somebody had checked this pre-postage, we wouldn't now be choosing between replaying to have a new sink fitted an a defective sink. We are left feeling disappointed.

A very good company with nice products at reasonable prices. All agents are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivery was swift and information forthcoming. I would use Claybrook again and would recommend them with no hesitation.
