The Claybrook team are fantastic!
As an Interior Designer, it is so important to have great contacts and the team at Claybrook are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and if we encounter any issues, they are very quick to resolve them for us. Alice from the Shoreditch team has been so helpful during our most recent project and I look forward to using Claybrook on our next projects.

Used this a year ago in a bathroom.
After getting the sticker purchased the colour we wanted for a colour drench look in clay eggshell.
It looks terrible. Peeling, cracking and generally makes a newly renovated room look shabby.
Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I wanted some pencil trims to finish off the mosaic tiles that I used from another supplier. I went to a Topps Tile 'superstore' that had hardly any stock and nothing suitable for my requirements. I searched online by everything was very expensive including delivery costs for such a small project!! Luckily, I came across the claybrook studio website and found exactly what I needed. Very reasonable price and delivery was free too! The items arrived the following week by courier and I was delighted with my purchase. They are just what I needed and fit perfectly. Thank you for a great product and I won't hesitate to recommend you to others.

I have never had such incredible customer service! Trudy went above and beyond to help me and her support was exceptional - she really deserves a huge commendation for being outstanding. I was also fortunate enough to speak with Verity who was also fantastic! Well done Claybrook- very impressed! Oh and the tiles are excellent too!!

Be really careful using their tile calculator, as they’ll make you buy far too many tiles and then not take any responsibility for their error. Shame, as nice tiles but feel like I’ve been screwed over on cost!

We recently encountered an issue with a tile order from Claybrook – several tiles were inconsistent in size and depth, which created problems for our tiler. Unfortunately, the boxes had been left outside and were damaged by rain, making a return impossible. However, the Claybrook team were amazing and resolved the issue really well. Their customer service lived up to their strong reputation, and we were very impressed with how they handled everything. Would highly recommend.

Chiana at the Oxford showroom is the stuff of legends.
I needed a bunch of support with tricky requests for a design project and Chiana made it happen, not once, not twice but thrice. Cannot rate her highly enough!

Your team are so responsive and helpful, one immediately feels ‘I like doing business with these people’. Deliveries were on time, the tiles were superb.

We sent tiles back for a refund delivered back to Claybrook on the 28th and 30th April and still have not received a refund. We gave prior notice and completed returns forms. Proof of costly return delivery sent. Customer service were sporadic in their response and had to be chased before failing to respond further. Will now have to pursue a chargeback through our bank.

I ordered 2 tiles which were free and free delivery and was blown away by the tiles themselves and free service, really lovely quality and unparalleled design compared to other tile brands. I ordered a bulk QTY after the tile arrived with free delivery, I kept waiting for the sting (£100 delivery etc) but nope, free delivery, beautiful tiles design and quality. Can't wait to lay them and come back for any future orders. Thanks team :)

A fantastic company. Great products and service. There were problems with the shippers damaging our purchase. We live as far South West as you can go, but Claybrooks never hesitated in quickly sorting collection and replacement. Claybrooks are the standard against which every company customer service department should be judged. Impeccable.

Customer service was great. Tiles were out of stock but Alice kept me up to date with expected delivery dates etc., and was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
It was a bit of a long wait but the Tiles are worth it, look lovely in the new bathroom!

Great company. We ordered tiles through Claybrook and didn't order enough and their customers service when resolving this issue was incredible, especially Cat on the phone. Quality of the tiles were great too.

I have ordered 2 sets of tiles from Claybrook Studio recently and I've been really pleased with the quality, careful packaging and value for money. Lovely tiles! Claybrook is also one of the few companies with free postage which makes a huge difference if only ordering a small quantity of tiles. I'll definitely look at Claybrook again for another project.

Not impressed by the quality of the tiles. The tiles are very expensive and low quality.

Tiles are amazing but claybrook are let down by every other part of the service. I ordered two lots of tiles in separate shipments due to one being out of stock at the time. The first were dispatched late, arrived late and were subject to a lot of chasing by me to even get a delivery date. The 2nd lot were dispatched 10 days after payment and even though I was assured that I could pick a delivery day, were delivered on a random Tuesday without any notice. Eventually I was able to reorganise a day to get them delivered and they were badly packed, with 2 decorative tiles smashed. The response to late deliveries and broken tiles was poor and sought to attribute blame to others. If there was a ‘sorry we were late, it is our fault’ that would have been fine but the blame game is not a good look. I was hesitant about some of the negative reviews on here but sadly in my case they turned out to be true.

Placed an order for some lovely crackle glazed metro tiles, well priced and exactly what I wanted. Sadly when they arrived half the order had smashed in transit. Contacted Customer services and spoke to a very helpful lady called Trudy who immediately sent out a replacement that arrived within a day or two. Really impressed with the product and the customer service.

Claybrook have a lovely website showcasing some beautiful tiles. They offer a free sample service too which is really generous but so helpful. We have a couple of tiling projects on the pipeline and they are a great source of inspiration.
Our latest project was complete with beautiful tiles supplied by Claybrook along with a coloured grout they suggested which was the icing on the cake.
Customer service is very good and they respond quickly to queries. Our tiles arrived securely packaged, and the quality is just so good…we have had many compliments on how nice the tiles are.
