Her customer service was sublime, she measured our babys feet, she was polite, attentive, courteous, and respectful and had a great smile. Having shopped for children’s shoes for over 40 years (for children then grandchildren) we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he was full of excellent advice. He also had a friendly manner towards both us and my grandchild, making it a very positive experience.
