Sumit was fantastic! My daughter was nervous and he was kind, considerate and caring to ensure she had a great experience.

Sunit was very helpful today, helping me pick out two pairs of shoes for my 18 month old daughter. He made her feel very comfortable, and she left the store with a big smile on her face. Sunit even caught us before leaving the store to return a teddy bear we had left on the seat. I also picked up how kind he was to his staff, and the staff appeared to respond to this. Will definitely return again because of the excellent service.

The assistant that served me was Imani. I was unsure about the width need and she asked if I would like my feet measured to ensure we knew the correct width. Having described the shoes I like she found a pair the fitted and I liked. The assistant was polite, helpful and had an extremely pleasant manner. The whole experience was great for someone who doesn’t like shopping.

Went to Bedford Clarks store. Had seen some boots online but not in my size. Sunit without hesitation helped me find them on the Clarks website - he arranged to get them ordered to my local store. He was so helpful and it's not the 1st time he has helped find stock elsewhere.

The sales assistant, Sunit, at the Bedford store was so very helpful. He is a treasure. Clarks - you need to hang onto him!

Today I purchased a pair of lightweight Solevana trainers from the Clark’s store in Bedford Interchange, very happy with my purchase. The whole process was made particularly pleasant when on entering the store I was greeted by Sienna, she was then very attentive and helped me with getting the trainers on ( I have arthritis) and this was very much appreciated an asset to Clarks.

The team were amazing and could not do more for us. Julie was great with my daughter who really struggles to stay still and took the time to find what she was comfortable wearing. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Ahlam at the Bedford Clark's store was very helpful.

My little one was nervous to have his feet measured, but Sienna was so good with him and let him check out the food measurer first to put him at ease. It definitely helped to make our experience smooth and we left with a lovely new pair of shoes. We’ll be back for his next pair!

Today we visited the Bedford store to get my little one’s feet measured and buy her first shoes.
We were assisted by Sienna who was more than happy to help us out.
She was very knowledgeable and informative about the fitting/shoes/services available in store. But most of all she was so kind and caring with our daughter as she measured and put the shoes on her feet!
We left with the perfect pair and we will definitely be back again.

Visited the Bedford Retail Interchange Park and was served by Arjon. I attended with my son who is neurodivergent, and this kind of environment is particularly distressing especially in view of needing to have his feet measured. We received such kind and thoughtful service and whilst it's always a challenge the experience was made easier by the service we received. A new pair of school shoes successfully purchased and a slightly stressed Mother and Son left relieved and happy. Many thanks again!

Sunil and the lady assistant could not have been more helpful when I needed new footwear following full knee replacement surgery.

Met Sunil at the store in Interchange West Retail Park in Bedford and he went through many pairs of shoes for me as I have all sorts of issues with my flat feet! Very patient but very knowledgeable and made this task less onerous for me. He has good energy and this made the shopping experience really great! This was the best retail experience I've had for some time. Jurgith insisted on first measuring my feet and then brought out three different sized pairs so that I could select the best fit. She was very courteous, friendly and professional and a credit to the store; so much so that I also purchased a small tin of leather conditioner - something I wouldn't normally do!
