Yesterday we received exceptional customer service by Sunit. My son age 13 is autistic and really struggles with shops, shoes, noise and Christmas but as we were cramming his feet into trainers I knew were too small we had no choice but to go to Clarks boxing day. Sunit showed my son respect and dealt with him so well. It's not often people are able to adapt their service to meet my son's needs but he made the whole thing seem effortless. Thank you for being amazing

The service provided by Sunit (?) to my wife, sorting out different shoe options for her, different sizes, etc.

Got served by Sunit today who helped me with an online order that had not been delivered for over 2 weeks! Sortedy issue out within 15mins and I was out the shop with my shoes! Great service and thank you for your help bud!

Went to the Bedford store today and purchased new work shoes. I was served by Daniel, he was friendly and very helpful, overall great service.

Saturday morning I popped in to get my child some school school, I had previous brought pairs from Clarks before and I explained that the front of them keep coming away, Jurgna said pop back home and get them and we can see what we can do. I come back with the shoes having purchased them just before summer time and she not only measured and gave me options for my daughters wide feet but exchanged them for a new pair and took the faulty pair back. Gave me a little gift card with the remainder of the money on to spend again at Clark’s and my daughter and I left with a very happy little girl and a Great pair of shoes!!!

I always buy Clarks for their quality and wide fit. Went to Bedford store and was serve by Ahlam. She was efficient, courteous and helpful.

I went in to buy my daughter her first shoes for nursery with my mum, we were served by ahlam, she was so attentive and patient, and gave every bit of advice needed, it was so nice to experiance some good old fashioned customer service in person

We went to the shop and had to buy several pairs at Bedford Store . The staff ara amazing going back and forth to the backoffice to check for the right size. The service was first class am coming back there hope to find you both again in December
