I paid for and received a Max Rx test kit. I sent in my swabs and never heard back. They have not responded to inquiries. No phone number. A waste of $374.25!

They claim covering adhd medications, and in general over 200 medications, and it turns out they don't even give results for the most frequently used adhd medication (ritalin, concerta, aka methylphenidate).

Waste of money. Yes, they do test a number of meds, but not as many as you would think. They claimed they test meds for certain conditions, but when I actually looked at my report it only had like 1 maybe 2 meds for a certain condition, even though 40 some medications exist on the market for that condition.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. All I needed was information on the most prescribed blood pressure med and they don't analyze it. Their marketing led me to believe they would also advise on the best blood pressure med category for my DNA. Not there either. Even if I wanted to ask about it, they won't do it without another $79 charge to ask questions. I was led to believe from their marketing that this would be included in the extensive fee.

Terrible customer service! Five minutes after I ordered. I emailed them to cancel and two days later they shipped it anyhow! I’ve sent five emails with no response back. This company is fraud

QUITE disappointed for the money I spent ($400) and wants another $79 to ask anyone about it. The only reason it got 3 stars is because it was easy and pretty quick, and there was no "promise" that it would include my meds. Buyer be cautious!
