I paid for and received a Max Rx test kit. I sent in my swabs and never heard back. They have not responded to inquiries. No phone number. A waste of $374.25!

I would have had better luck finding compatible medications by throwing darts at a dartboard compared to using this DNA testing service.

Very useful information for what I was looking for related to my medical history and future care. The clinician that I reviewed results with was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt it was money and time well spent.

Was under the impression it would have details for medications i was currently taking and let me know if the doses were correct or not.
Did the full big MAX test. Almost all of my medications were NOT in the results.
Also had to call 3 weeks after sending to find out when i could see the results. was told email was sent on 10 Jan did not receive it. Told to look at my spam was not there. Funny i have received all the other email selling me on them at my email address.
the person I was talking with sent me an email from her email. AMAZING I received it.
Every medication they have listed said i can take them. Again medication i take and wanted information were not listed.
Do not recommend ClaritX if you are looking for specific information, which i was led to believe I would get. My bad for believing and trusting the sales person talk.
Total waste of $400.00 should have given it to a deserving charity

NOT a good product. Even super basic OLD drugs are not even included on the test. It tells you nothing useful at all. ClarityX's nonfactual answer? "There's not enough data on the drug". Bull. Doxycycline and Valacyclovir are decades old and used for a zillion things each.
