Constantly losing my internet, with this company. Everyone gets the same response, from company, so, it’s a bot, responding!! I’m with Home Telecom, and seriously considering going with one of the bigger companies.

First impression was very good and put me at ease. Good explanation of what was being done. A positive experience.

Installed on time ,kept in contact by the engineer when he was coming (3hr window)and up and running in no time at over half price of my original supplier speeds seem OK so yep we'll worth the move

Eammon Kane & Brandon Hedge were excellent and done all asked for. They detailed checked everything before leaving.

3 years they have been preparing my street for an install in Crawley. They stated they were planning to be completed by 2023. Now half way through 2026 still preparing my street on their website, but will not be honest about abandoned works. My sister lives in a hamlet with 5 houses in the country and has fibre.

The engineers were very clear in their explanation, no jargons, they new they were dealing with novice in the tech. They made sure everything worked as promised.

The engineers (Kevin and Bruce) were pleasant and informative. They did a neat job and left no mess. Highly recommend those guys.

The installation team sent an SMS to advise on arrival time, turned up on time, were polite and courteous throughout, talked through the installation difficulties and agreed a plan before starting, used dust sheets and shoe covers, advised of delays affecting the overhead installation team with the MEWP (Cherry picker), left the work areas tidy, explained the operation of the new equipment and fault identification. 10/10. I couldn't have asked for a better installation experience.

From booking through to installation, everything was straightforward and well organised. The engineer was punctual, friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring the installation was completed to a very high standard.
