CIA insurance we’re a saviour. We had an insurance policy coming up for renewal but had a tenant from hell and we’re going through an eviction, and they were systematically destroying the house with help from there XL bully.They advised to register a claim on that years policy as the insurance company would not let me register a claim on the new insurance after the eviction. They also helped and advised when we were getting a new tenant.

The gentleman that took my call was most helpful, talking me through each step which is reassuring. I found him very easy to understand. I appreciate talking to a real person. Thank you.

I rang up because the price I had been given seemed rather high compared to other quotes.The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained that over the years the rebuilding costs had been increased by the RPI which meant that their quote was based on a rebuilding cost that was far far higher than those in comparative price quotes.
The quote was readjusted to represent a more realistic rebuilding price.
