I have had medical insurance with HF for over 10 years now, in the last year it’s been harder and harder to make successful contact with them, often emails are not responded too, and today I was in a queue for 40 minutes when it was my turn I was put through to voicemail ?
I’m considering changing to another insurance policy once I’m due for renewal
As the customer care has definitely declined
