I have sent countless emails to Chronic Unlocks after waiting weeks for them to unlock my phone. Like many others with negative reviews they quickly responded to my first inquiry asking what service I requested (which I fully explained in my original message). I responded to their email again with the requested information and it has been weeks without a response. During these weeks I have sent numerous other emails. I understand that their suggested time frame is just an estimate and I am fine with a reasonable delay. However, to say the requested service will take 3 days and then take weeks to respond to emails is highly suspicious. Like many other unlock services I cannot vouch for the legitimacy of ChronicUnlocks and highly suggest anyone reading this to look elsewhere for their unlock. I am not usually the type of person to leave these kinds of reviews, but then again, I have never been caught in a situation like this.

Great customer service, fast unlock, and reasonable prices make this my go-to site for unlocking my mobile phones since I had them unlock my iPhone 3GS a while back. Since then, I've used ChronicUnlocks to also unlock my iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, and now my iPhone 6! I got the email saying my unlock went through in less than 24 hours this time.

I was disapponted when it has been a week which is outside the te window ( 1-3 business days) that they mentioned on their site. But has requested them to consider my ticket on priority and there they go within a day the admin assures me that the unlock will be done by EOD. Just after few hours after that mail received another mail saying that my phone is successfully unlocked. Checked with an international sim and it's absolutely working fine. Thanks a lot chronic unlocks team. I would recommend your service to others.

I placed a carrier unlock service. The roundtime was supposed to be 5-15 days.
Right now, 1 month has passed and still no unlock. I wrote you a lot of time and the answers I got are:" you have to wait because the service is slow" or " it will take another 2 weeks".......
My question is: if you can't deliver the service on time, please state it clearly and update the roundtime.

I paid for the service and I want you to deliver me the service on time.

The timing is not good at all. So take the roundtime on their website carefully. Let's see if they will be able to deliver the service I paid for.

So it's up to you, Chronic Unlocks, to prove that you are not scam

Update: 2 weeks after, still NO UNLOCKS. SO DON'T TRUST THEM. THEY ARE SCAM

UPDATE 1: I got my iPhone unlock today. You can trust them guys.
The only negative thing is that it took quite long time ( actually very long ).

I paid them to unlock my iPhone 5c - the Monday after the Thursday I ordered they told me the phone was unlocked. I threw a T-mobile sim card in the phone and it worked! The process was completely painless and worked - nothing to complain about

My order (icloud removal service) was completed within the specified turnaround time (ordered on 11/04 completed on 03/06), no complaints here, I trust them. Had a little issue with the imei (provided the wrong one) but they sorted it out in less than a day.
