I had exactly what every one on here went thru waited from 9/9/14 and guess what my unlock came last night so about 4 months wait it happened . I hope this helps because trust me I was going crazy I emailed them everyday and I probably got 5 answers .

Ordered iCloud activation removal and the phone works now but it took them way too long (5 months).
Still the service is good.

3 month for unlock (20-45days normally).
But it's true it's working.

I was initially really wary of using this service because of some of the reviews but my husband and I are going overseas in February and AT&T refused to unlock my iPhone 5 because it's under contract until July. I need to be able to use the phone while on our trip and wasn't willing to pay the nearly $200 early termination fee AT&T was demanding. I selected the "AT&T Unlock - All iPhones (Including iPhone 6 / 100% Guaranteed Success) - Turnaround time: 5 to 14 Business days (Monday - Friday)" package directly from chronicunlocks.com on December 30'th and received an email the following day saying that it was complete. The turn around time far exceeded my expectations.

I did a restore in iTunes to see if I would get the "Congratulations" message saying that the phone was unlocked, but wasn't ever able to get it to display. A few days later I stopped into a T-Mobile store and had one of their employees put a T-Mobile SIM in the phone, just for testing purposes, and everything worked fine. The phone really is unlocked and I couldn't be happier!

They took care of my device in a heartbeat don't worry there legit I know most of yall want a quick unlock but sometimes patience is a virtue and you get what you want when you really need it just take them for instance they have a lot more customers then us but still try and take care of us all if you can't wait just try and do it yourself there isn't just one customer but thousands and millions sometimes and see how far you can get with that unlock yourself can you get your device unlocked if not why and how and why so long those are question we all ask ourselves and th but remember you get what you paid for always there is a price but some are better then others and some are not.

There are so few services these days that do EXACTLY what they say they will do. This is one of those few. My iPhone 6 Plus locked to Rogers is now a REAL iPhone! And within the timeframe provided to me. As well, they advised me not to wait for email notification but just test the process myself. As a result, seeing my phone unlocked before I was notified was just an additional nice surprise. Thanks very much!

Chronic unlocks is legit. I just got my iPhone unlocked from AT&T. It took exactly 7 business days, the service reads 1-10 business days on the website. I didn't bother them with worried emails, I just paid on the chronic unlocks site and waited. I would definitely recommend and buy services from them again.

This service has been the best of the best in my book and online for a while now. My new phone was unlocked in less than 40 hours. Although the service may be a little pricey, it's worth every penny.

I tried many avenues...apple, the originally blocked server (sfr), the shark who sold me the unused iphone5c....ready to give up and sell it for spares...but one lucky day surfing and I came across Chronic...$150 seemed steep, but with the assurance of a refund if unsuccessful, I was game. Purchased an iCloud Unlock from Chronic Unlocks on October 15th. Today is November 18th and still nothing. I requested I receive a status update several times with their support with no response. Finally had to inform them to give me a status OR provide a refund if they can't give me a status. They replied with a refund and stated I threatened them. I believe they are doing this service just to take money. There is nothing that will work and will never do business with this company again. There is no reason not to return emails to customers that have waited past the 30 day period that the site states. If it takes longer, they need to state it and not leave people hanging wondering whats going on with their money.
