What an amazing company!

When buying a sofa online you are obviously nervous about purchasing without trying it out but I gotta say this sofa is fantastic.

I went with the Seoul for the measurements as my lounge is not the biggest. The quality of the sofa is very high standard, it’s built to last, my partner is 135kgs and he even feels like it’s sturdy and built really well.

The foam seating is so comfy, it’s firm but like sitting on a cloud also.

The sofa was delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected which was a great surprise too.

The owner delivered the sofa himself and took great pride in delivering amazing customer service, it was a struggle to get it in cause of my banister but he got it in after several tries, was very careful not to damage the sofa or my house and tbh is an amazing guy and very hard worker.

The communication was very good and I knew when to expect the sofa after messaging them on WhatsApp.

The quality of this sofa is so good I’ve asked him to start selling garden furniture as I need garden furniture soon and seeing how he is so careful to ensure you get a high quality product for reasonable prices I’ll def buy through chillme every time now as the big furniture company’s just are to expensive and not the best quality.

I ordered corner sofa bed 21.01.2025. I chose that company mainly because of delivery time- estimated time was 22.01-11.02.2025.
A week after order I made contact with shop, just to ask about any updates. I was told I need to wait week or two.
Next week I heard this same.
17.02 my messages were ignored for hours, finally someone text me back they are expecting delivery to their store in the beginning of March!
Poor customer service, delivery time even worse. I don't know what about sofa as I never received it. And now doesn't want or need anymore.

Good communication throughout. Easy to order with good options available. My sofa arrived within 4 weeks well within the estimate. The owner delivered the sofa and managed to get it into my third floor flat no problems with a bit of help from me and a friend.

Small independent business delivering from a base in Yorkshire (brought my sofa best part of 250 miles).

Absolutely shocking customer service . Very poorly made . Stapled together , hollow in the middle apart from some flimsy beams of cheap wood . One of which snapped shortly after purchase. They seem to be stringing me along and I've had my calls cancelled . Very very unhappy . BEWARE THIS COMPANY . Will be reporting to trading standards unless the issues are resolved.

The delivery was really fast and the quality is exceptional , the customer service was fenomenal as we were kept updated and informed from start to finish . The sofa was installed by the driver . Overall , would wholeheartedly recommend
