Absolutely lovely gent who delivered my sofa I was the last job on his list he went out of his way to make sure my sofa was delivered and he also put my sofa together for me cannot fault how amazing the service was. I was kept updated throughout the day too highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy an amazing quality sofa thank you so much I will be back in future for another when I’m ready

I’m very happy with my sofa very comfortable spacious with pull out bed as well which is lovely as it’s the easiest pull out bed that doesn’t require a sweat to set it up there’s storage space to , communication was key promptly assisted through ordering and delivery within timeframe set from the company and assembly upon delivery . The delivery personnel took the time to answer every question and query about the sofa which made me understand more about it very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

Ordered a sofa that was said to be in stock on website at first. Was then messaged saying that they were not in stock and would take a while before it got here. Nearly a month of waiting and it finally arrived. Only to assemble it and see it looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the website different colour and out of shape, not only that the build quality is not the best. Already creeks when sitting down on it I’m weighing around 80kg and have never sat on a sofa that feels so poorly made it’s thrown togther with cheap wood and is completely hollow and not very comfortable. Also they won’t offer a refund because ‘the sofa has been assembled’ how are we supposed to know what it looks like in the packaging?

My sofa has been delivered today. I’m over the moon , the quality of the sofa is amazing, well made , the fabric I choose is fabulous,very comfortable sleeping area,massive storage underneath, excellent customer service both from Darius and his team. When questions are asked, I always get a response in time , I always updated on progress of my order. I will highly recommend Chillme to all my friends and anyone who’s looking for a sleek and elegant sofa. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. Just got my Chillme couch today and I’m already totally sold. Delivery was spot‑on and the setup took all of 10 minutes no weird instructions or missing bits. The cushions hit that sweet spot of soft yet supportive, and the fabric feels way more premium than the price suggests.

Already dreaming of movie marathons and lazy Sunday naps on it. So far, zero complaints if you’re on the fence, go for it!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DONT BUY FROM HERE !!
Bought a sofa bed and the quality is TERRIBLE .
Comfort is none existent .
Customer service is none other then it’s been unpackaged so you have voided the return policy .
Never heard anything like this …..
£1000 sofa and not worth half that cost .
Multiple times have asked for a phone call and all through watts app . Can’t contact them and they don’t want to ring you back !
Reviews must be fake due to the experience I’ve had .
