Excellent service from the moment you walk into the shop to the moment you light your new fire. Mine was probably one of the more unusual installations as I wanted the TV above the fire, flush with the wall and a bespoke recess and fire surround building..Nick, Martyn and their team made sure this was done perfectly. Excellent communication from start to finish, the guys clearly know their stuff and were able to help with recommendations and suggestions throughout, finally the installation team were on point and left everything clean and tidy and couldn't be more helpful. I love my new Contura i5L and I would not hesitate to recommend the Cheshire Stove Shop.

Good communication from start to finish with both Nick and Martin in the shop, even when I had endless amounts of questions. The fitters were great and we're really pleased with the end result.

Martin and the team supplied and fitted a Contura stove and removed an old gas fire and surrounding hearth. Obviously these stoves aren't cheap and they are a long term investment but we are well impressed with the results!

Everything went smoothly and the fitting was done really well.

What was most impressive though was how responsive and knowledgeable Martin was. We got another quote from a different stove shop who told us the proposed stove location was against HERTA regulations. This was obviously concerning so after our own research Martin talked it through thoroughly with us, showed us all the relevant evidence and confirmed it was fine and the other stove shop was wrong. His expert knowledge was invaluable for such an investment and when we had an issue with the fitting of the CO detector he was right on it and arranged for James to refit it.

Overall a fabulous customer experience!
