Brilliant experience from initial survey, through to final commissioning. Fantastic team from JLM in Coventry (via the Heat Geek network) who battled with extreme heatwave temperatures to complete a very technically competent and professional install, the entire team was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Excellent service yet again!

The engineer arrived on time to carry out a service on our boiler introduced himself to us and asked if we had any problems with the boiler but we did not.Before going to do the work he removed his footwear without being asked to and said he always did did not wear his shoes in customers homes.The work was completed with no reported problems .The engineer was polite and friendly and left area clean and tidy and we wil use the company again .

Installed heat pump and underfloor heating system. Whilst this was not the cheapest installer, the benefits showed in the installation quality. The team undertaking the work were excellent. Quality plumbing and prompt to respond to a set up issue after completion. I would recommend this contractor.

Brendan identified the problem that had stumped two other plumbers, and two Vaillant boiler technicians (admittedly, it was not the boiler at fault). He ordered and fitted the necessary parts, tidied up and checked the underfloor heating was working properly. All very thorough, professional and satisfactory.

JLN manage our commercial properties heating and plumbing needs. From installation to maintenance their service is second to none.

JLN were quick to respond and dealt with a small leak from a radiator. The plumber also offered some helpful advice, and information about occasional losses of pressure we'd noticed. He made some adjustments and the system has worked well ever since. He was pleasant and helpful.

From the original quote (thank you Paul and George) to the final installation (thank you Scott and team) the service received for the installation of an air conditioning unit for our bedroom was of a very high standard. The price paid was the price quoted with no hidden extras. We would highly recommend JLN Plumbing.
