I received my product incredibly quickly which was a lovely surprise but more importantly to me, the product was absolute fantastic quality and the packaging was secure and incredibly cute! I received my product with an incredibly sweet little letter, it made me smile and brightened up my day. When I originally ordered from Cheripai it was because they were the only shop I could find the product I wanted that shipped to my location without any worry of customs, but I'm absolutely delighted that not only have I received the product but found fantastic shop that I will definitely be purchasing from again. The service I received was amazing and I have no doubt that that everyone who works here puts a lot of love and effort into all that they do.
