I've ordered from Cheripai about 3 or 4 times and I have always received my items promptly, with cute pink packaging and a note. I adore the selection (or 'curation') of the products available, which seems more unique to this store and of really good taste. Not only do they sell popular items, but some of the newer items available in South Korea and Japan. The items they sell are in line with their branding (which is so cute, as well as the website design). It's hard to find a UK store that sells a majority of Japanese items (especially makeup), as many stores cater to Korean beauty so I love that they have their niche, whilst still carrying Korean products too. A best of both worlds! The customer service is brilliant, such as when I wanted to combine two orders or if there was a mistake. I recommend this small business for UK customers and saves me from buying from bigger competitors that do take a while to arrive from abroad. Thank you Becki!
