As per the record, you were looking to hold one of our most discounted fares. These promotional fares are subject to live airline/consolidator seat availability and are not guaranteed until the reservation is successfully confirmed and the ticket has been issued. Airfares and seat inventory can change at any time, particularly where only limited seats are available.
In this instance, our system was unable to successfully confirm the requested reservation at the originally displayed fare. Accordingly, the booking could not be ticketed at that price. We then provided the available alternative options based on the live fares and seat availability at that time.
We would also like to clarify that, as the reservation could not be confirmed, the full amount was reversed back to the same mode of payment used for the transaction. No confirmed ticket was issued for the unavailable fare.
We understand that a change in fare can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding of the nature of highly discounted, availability-based fares. We remain committed to providing transparent information and the best available options based on live inventory.

Fraudulent price advertisement
We purchased 3 tickets and when I called on the day about the issue of tickets, I was told we had no baggage. We are going for a holiday to Sri Lanka, how can we go without a bag of clothes.
All airlines do not issue any international flights without baggage. I requested to cancel my tickets 5 minutes after booking and I was told that it is non-refundable.
Why can't they refund?? If I had cancelled it, they would have sold the tickets to someone else, and someone would have occupied those 3 seats.
The customer service officer Chris was helpful, but I had to pay further $2594 to include 3 bags. This amount just to include a bag for each person became very expensive with the original tickets $3090 + $2594 for 3 bags. Two people in the group are not working (seniors) and to pay $2594 extra for bags was a shock.
There were other fares on other websites at the time of booking which was around $1566 per person with a 30kg checked in bag.
I will never recommend this website to anyone. DO NOT BOOK USING THIS SERVICE. Not even it is worth one star.
At the moment I am dealing with Fair Trading NSW, Airline Customer Advocate and Australian Federation of Travel Agents regarding this issue.
