Be careful preordering from chase games. Waited months for shining fates preorder while watching it appear on store shelves and at other online retailers. I decided to cancel today and was refunded promptly otherwise I would have given 1 star. As a first time customer I was referred by a friend and safe to say I won’t be back.

There were supply issues across the UK for Pokemon products due to Covid-19 and busy ports but Chase Games kept us updated on Facebook, their website and via email- check your Junk folder as my emails always got sent there for some reason. I genuinely think they’ve done the best they can do, given the situation we are in.

Absolutely great store for anything I'm ever after. I've always tried to use these guys if possible. This time they really managed to pull of a miracle by having some hard to get items in stock. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Having made two separate preorders with this company (first time shopping with chase games) neither preorder has arrived and we are a month past the launch date. What makes matters worse is they haven’t even bothered to email me in relation to any order. Having checked the site they have listed numerous possible dates and timelines but nothing concrete. Two very disappointed children as all their friends have product. Clearly sold way more than they had been allocated and not a company we will shop with again.

Outstanding customer service, always friendly, fast delivery and good prices. I even requested individual artworks on some boosters and they done exactly that, can not fault them. Definitely a customer for life now 👍
