Having received my fourth order over the weekend I can safely recommend Chase and thank them for their efficiency and care taken with each order. Not only did my cards arrive within a couple of days, I appreciate the thought that went into the secure packaging of my cards, illustrating how much value they put on the condition in which goods are received. Add to this their low prices and range of singles card I will no doubt be placing a fifth order in the near future!

I purchased a Evolving Skies Prerelease Kit from this store, and at the time of purchase it had no description and an Apple Pay checkout button, so naturally I checkout and pick 'Royal Mail 48' Shipping. I check back a few days later and see it's been changed to an instore event and that there are absolutely zero cancellations. I email in explaining this to them as soon as I noticed which was within 3 days and got no response. When the kit actually came out, I followed up asking what has actually happened because I was expecting it to be posted to me, and I've had to battle back and forth trying to show my point of view and I've had accusations of hacking the website thrown at me, and a refund of a product which was never delivered and mis sold to me has not been refunded.

In my past experience, I've always ordered Pre-Release kits online, and had them posted as it's a taster of the set that's coming out, The Chase Games team magically expect me to know it's a physical event ticket and non refundable, despite not being shown at all at the time of checkout.

If they're going to scam me out of £30 like this and make it such a battle with giant email responses that are quite honestly some unprofessional, rude garbage, I would avoid even considering purchasing anything from them regardless of value.

Never been treated so much like a pile of poop by a company in my whole life, would give 0 stars if it were possible.

I had a great experience in buying Pokemon products and selling my bulk to Chasegames.

I went to the store itself and Dan was very pleasant and knowledgeable to speak to about products.

I know this year his company had a lot of issues with Shining Fates pre-orders. I personally had a couple of items for this set on pre-order with Chasegames which I had to eventually cancel as the stock was severely delayed from the distributor but Dan and his team were superb in communication and arranging a full refund for me.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Chasegames again, keep up the good work!
