Delivery could be quicker BUT it was just before Christmas and the charm was beautifully presented and gift wrapped, well packed. Very happy customer, will buy again

An excellent service with reasonable prices, cheaper than other outlets. Very impressed with the packaging. Each charm ordered came in its own little gift box. Even Charmilia does not offer this service. Would highly recommend. This is my second order through this company. Their choice of charms far greater than can be found in the high street.

If you want to use a company that has a large stock of charms, a company which is always competitive on price and a company which looks to deliver quickly, I'd suggest using Charm Heaven.

Other websites I have used are very hit and miss. Everything in one place, it works for me.

My first order with with company and I will shop again, During my first order unfortunately royal mail lost my items, I contacted the company and they looked into this straight away and replaced my order.
My order came in good packaging and was free from any scuffs

I purchased a charm for my daughter's birthday and requested it to be sent direct to her house.(in time for her birthday). There was a pretty gift box and a gift bag included with the package. I told my daughter to open the package when it arrived. Think it would be really nice if it could have been put into the gift packaging and the invoice put in a seprate sealed envelope. Wouldn't expect any of that if it were being dispatched to purchasers home address but the mailing address was selected as different to the billing address. So would be nice if could be given the coice. Aside from that the package arrived within two days and was very pleased with the charm. She loves her bracelet and only has space for one more charm!!!
