Items very well packaged, in genuine Chamilia boxes, wrapped in tissue and gift bag provided.

Excellent service. Very quick, no hassle.
This company were able to provide charms I was unable to find anywhere else; that includes shops, shop ordering systems, other web sites and even Chamilia's own site, when trying to replace sentimental charms when my daughter's braclet was stolen. They were exceptionally quick, a couple of charms came within 24 hrs. I was a little dubious about using an unknown site but I couldn't be more pleased. I have no problem with recommending Charm Heaven to everyone.

I just wanted to say how thoroughly impressed i am with CHARM HEAVEN. I sent an enquiry email to "Hilary" who replied to me in minutes. I then made my order and within 2 days it had been deliverd.All perfectly neatly wrapped up with a gift bag to use as well. I was so impressed with the "excellent Customer Service" which at times is vary rare in this country and the speed in which my order was processed and delivered. 10 out of 10 CHARM HEAVEN i would certainly recommend you to friends an family.
