Despite me being awkward and wanting to return a bracelet Charm Heaven were fast efficient and helpful, thank youi very much.

the charms I ordered were delivered the next day. one of them didn't fit my bracelet and so a replacement was sent the minute it was in stock again (only a few days). I was even sent the return postage, as well as an address label and a reuseable jiffy bag.

Just before the New Year I ordered a necklace and it came the very next day, unfortunately it was the wrong length. I got in touch with customer care and received a reply straight away. They sent out the correct length and I received it the very next day. Would recommend them highly and would definitely shop with them again. Very well done customer care!!

Good value for money even though the item are quite expensive but i bought mine with discount - so it was a good bargain plus you have an option for payment it could be instalment or you can pay in full, fast delivery, very good packaging. Definitely I will recommend this site to all my friends.

I found Charm Heaven's website when searching for a Chamilia owl bead to give as a Christmas present after being let down by another retailer (I'd placed an order online and then had a call a couple of days before Christmas to say they didn't have the charm in stock). As it was 21 December I wanted to check they had the bead in stock before ordering so called Charm Heaven and spoke with a very friendly man who knew exactly what I was looking for and quickly confirmed they had the charm in stock and that they'd be able to send it out the same day for next day (Saturday) delivery. They were as good as their word and owl bead now has a very happy home. Thank you Charm Heaven.

Recently ordered some charms and a bracelet from Charm Heaven to take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer. Recieved everything promptly including the extra wrapping they provide for presents| what a good idea that is. Would recomment them to anyone and also the amount of different ones you can get get compared to shopping on the high street.

having left it very late to purchase my sister a gift I ordered something from Charm Heaven, I wasn't let down with delivery, and the item is great too,

I wanted a couple of Charms for my wife for Christmas, I rang up beforehand to see if they had the items in stock which they did, the chap was very friendly and helpful.
I ordered them on-line on the 21st December using the next-day service and sure enough got them next day.
