Dan (Southport branch) mad the whole process from start to picking up the car very easy. He throughly went though all the cars specs and finance deals, he even took more time to have a good look to see if a car I wanted was ready to go and luckily enough there was one and within a week I had the car.

My son left a deposit on a car unseen…
My son left a deposit on a car unseen arrived this morning inspected the car did a test drive and was happy to proceed with the deal agreed when paying the deposit.After the test drive the rep we were then informed they would need to let us know that would not honour their deal as far as we are concerned the deposit meant a contract,after being informed by the sales manager that due to “human error” the car should not have been advertised as it was we disagreed and as far as we are concerned we had a contract, they would not budge an inch the best they could offer was 12.9%interest after we agreed 0% absolute disgrace we are now reporting them to trading standards so much for hapelhouse Ainsdale

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Went in for first service at 2900 miles. Charged £4.45 plus vat for screen wash when I filled it to the brim before setting off to clear the screen. Wanted an extra £72 to strip rear brakes as hand brake sticks on. It’s done 2900 miles from new and so called under warranty and receptionist says it’s normal for hand brake to stick on in cold weather leaving thousands of cars off the road. Disgusting customer service. Complaint made now to Suzuki uk.

Great service by the team at Chapelhouse Southport.
Wes helped on arrival to provide a tour of the vehicle seen on the forecourt, eventually leading to a sale and part-ex of my vehicle as well.
Wes also offered to resolve any bodywork/paintwork issues before collection which was great, as well as being provided with any updates via video of my new car.
Final collection and paperwork went smoothly, so would 100% recommend using these guys in the future.
