All 3 guys worked flat out, clean, tidy and extremely polite. Great workers would highly recommend to anyone.

On the day of the move we had Dylan and his team, they were superb. The team were very careful with all our belongings, worked incredibly hard and at good speed. We recently moved house with Changing Keys and we could not be happier with the service we received. The team was very professional and helpful. The move was very competitively priced. All our belongings were moved safely and carefully. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

We used Changing Keys for our big move from London to Harrogate. It was a challenging move for us which involved exchange and completion on the same day. I chose Changing Keys because of their flexible approach which was helpful. Cosmin did a good job with front end customer service and was attentive and efficient. The move went well overall. There were a couple of issues relating to the bed which was dismantled and the packers didn't communicate where the bed screws were so we haven't put our bed up yet. However, the company offered to pay for the repair which is helpful. The packers were efficient, hard-working and courteous which was very helpful. I recommend this company to others. I would give the company 4.5 if Trust Pilot allowed.

They did a great job. We have a piano and they moved it very safely to the third floor. It was a very hard job and they managed it very well. Reasonable price and very good service. Highly recommend them and will definitely use their service for sure.

Their offer was competitive, albeit not the best one that I had received. Cosmin at the central office was incredibly helpful and looked over the whole process quite meticulously. The team was very quick and worked well together. On the negative side, perhaps their speed came at the expense of minor damage being caused to some items, small bits getting lost, and the boxes not all getting moved to the right room. Also, I assumed that they would do the assembly as well but this did not happen. In fact, they did not have the tools for it, when the kitchen table legs had to be removed. Overall, I would recommend them and would use them again.

Changing Keys were very efficient in getting in touch with me and providing me with a quote, which beat all others and was very reasonable. 3 out of the 4 guys who helped move on the day were exceptional, were kind, polite and friendly, and they made the move easier than I'd expected. They were quick in loading, dismantling and ressembling. Negatives were arriving late on the day, one of the porters was a bit rude, and small damages made to properties. Overall however, I would still recommend for moving home.

Nice people. Cosmin called promptly once I requested a quote, and the price he gave me was very reasonable. The removal staff themselves were hard-working, careful, polite and efficient. We were out of the old place and into the new place in no time.
My one reservation is that they arrived later than agreed. I appreciate that they were working flat-out at a very busy time of year, and were doing their utmost to satisfy as many customers as possible, but I was left waiting for a bit longer than I would have preferred. Once they got here they did the job very quickly.
I would recommend this company.
