Moving a 3 bedroom house to another country wasn't easy and the prices we received from other companies were just absurd. We have chosen Changing Keys at last minute and we received nice services.

Awful, avoid. Completely unprofessional at all points.

We paid for packers who arrived several hours late and then failed to pack a large amount of items.

Removal men were unprofessional, did not cover any of our furniture in the van and we have lots of damage. They have smashed the corner of our antique room divider and there are many terrible scratches on our dining table, wardrobes and drinks cabinet. They denied causing the damage, became aggressive about it on the day, and our formal claim for compensation was been met with 'you applied too late' despite it only being about 2 months later. Cosmin will not qive us the name of the insurance company that is supposedly denying our claim. Do they even have insurance? We have been told someone 'in house' will come and repair the scratches which we are not comfortable with.

They also had refused to unload the vans until we had paid the balance (while we were still unaware of the damage caused).

Very disappointed and do not wish this to happen to anyone else!

We had packed everything including fragile items in many boxes and left larger items to be packed on the day
Crew loaded everything taking care and moved to appropriate rooms
They did take care of fragile items and plants etc and did an efficient job
Satisfied with the work and the competitive price too

Happy that we chose Changing Keys. Their approach to house moves is affordable and reliable.

Very very poor service! They used permanent marker on our furniture which will not come off. They were very pushy in terms of paying upfront which other companies didn’t do. I would definitely not recommend this company as they will not accept responsibility for damaging our furniture. We are extremely disappointed. Do not use this company, unprofessional!

Update:
1. Even though we were travelling at the time, we managed to pay you a day before the move as you made it very clear that the funds had to be cleared by 5pm for the vans to be released. We never refused to respect the contract and did not make a late payment so what you have said is untrue.

2. As discussed on the phone, even though the damages seem very very minor to you, these are our personal possessions that your team have treated with no respect. We were only 3 days out of the timeframe, and as mentioned on the call, we only submitted these pictures late due to travelling and managing a newborn baby which I’m sure you can understand is an extremely busy and stressful time.

3. We never spoke on the day of the move so I’m not sure where you got the information from that I was “extremely happy with your services”.

4. My review is accurate and my opinion of how I feel your company have dealt with the situation which I believe is unprofessional.

Ash did a great job helping us with our move, he showed up on time and was very friendly. It is the second time we use this company and would highly recommend 👍

Thank you to Dylan and the team for being so hard working, reliable and staying for a long as needed to get the job done. I would definitely recommend them. They were always really polite and it was a pleasure to have them move us. Thanks also to Cosmin who accommodated our changes to moving dates and communication. All in all it was a great experience with them.

Overall we had a very good experience with Changing Keys. Reliable, very flexible, very friendly, very responsive. They did the packing, dismantling and partially setting the furniture up again
The team also made a big effort not to damage any walls while moving the furniture, and no fuss when big pieces had to be moved through the house.
The only room for improvement is: a bit more care of my furniture during transport. Since we had a big move the vans were very full. So I noticed quite a fair bit of small scratches on my furniture, and some packing I didn't like (some matresses not covered and stuff piled on top of them)

Thank you to Cosmin, Dylan and the team for the smooth move. They were exceptional!!! They went above and beyond what was expected and we couldn't be more grateful. Sadly, our move was delayed by a couple of hours but this was no problem for the team. They waited patiently and moved everything quickly and effectively into the new house. They disassembled and assembled all our furniture and took them to the correct rooms. They were friendly and even had a smile on their face at the end of a long day. Cosmin was in contact with me throughout the day checking that the move was going smoothly. I highly recommend them, they made a very stressful day less stressful for us! Thank you again 👍

Ash did a great job. Moved everything up to the second story, no problem. Job was from Maidenhead to Edinburgh overnight. Started on Sunday and arrived Monday morning. Would recommend them anytime.

Extremely good experience. These guys were very helpful, quick and efficient. Last but not least, the price is very competitive.

Good communication, all our questions answered promptly. The guys came to pack a day before and on the day emptied our six bedroom house quickly. All very friendly and reliable.

For the initial call with Cosmin I could tell this was a straightforward no “bs” type of company. (I’ve had others that kept adding and adding cost) When the actual removal guys turned up, nothing was a problem for them. Six lots of stairs and a round trip of 450 miles and these gents did it all with a smile and no fuss. If I ever move again I’ll definitely use these guys!!!

We were going to use a local firm in Spalding but heard a story they had dumped the clients furniture in the garden and cleared off! So we tried the internet and dealt with Changing Keys today the team that came were absolutely fantastic , they don’t come much better than this in 2021polite ,friendly re assuring both guys just got on with it and nothing was too much trouble.Price was excellent too.Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and we will definitely be using them again. Deserve 6 star but it only goes up to 5 .Would sincerely like to thank Cosmin and the team for a job well done cheers and many thanks.

In terms of cheerfulness, good attitude and value for money, Changing Keys was fabulous. We enjoyed working with these guys and found them light-hearted and fun. Nothing was too much trouble. However, I had been concerned that our move was bigger than this company usually does, and despite their assurances that turned out to be the case. They ought to have sent more people to pack up the day ahead because on moving day itself there was too much for this team to do. They ended up not finishing the job until 8:50 pm.

We used changing keys removals to move from London to Reading, The movers arrived on time Very professional and friendly. Very competitive price. I highly recommend them.
