Very poor quality products. Refunds not available as advertised.

The Celtyn website advertised some attractive clothes, so a purchased a multi-coloured blouse which I felt matched my personal style. On the website quality appears key. The blouse was made of cotton and well tailored. I now know that the site omits to describe the material that clothes are made from. There is a good reason for this. The blouse which arrived was made of a cheap polyester, and rather than being stylish it is gaudy … the packing provides no option to return. Not a trustworthy website.

I ordered 2 dresses and a top. Advertised by Meta, Facebook and Absolute disgrace - the items arrived after about two weeks. The items were not even pressed. Straight out of the machinist bin. Cheap quality… Forget the London shop it’s a joke… along with glowing reviews on site. Total con about time ‘trading standards’ stepped up to these Chinese companies. I gave one star as there was nothing lower. META you should be hanging your heads…

This appears not to be a bona fide company. The items I received do not reflect what I thought I was ordering. The quality was terrible. I asked for a refund and all sorts of objections and stalling tactics were put in my way. I had to resort to contacting my credit card company who have refunded me pending investigation. Please don't fall for this scam. Use your common sense and report to Action Fraud

Absolutely disgusted. No wonder they’re going out of business. When you sell online you need to have a legal and clear return and refund policy. These people don’t. They keep your money and offer you pennies.

I was taken in by this scam company. I feel like an idiot. I spent over £63 on three very poor quality items which took ages to arrive.
Please do not fall for their advert about a London shop closing down after 19 years. Clothes look lagenlook style but are so not! Synthetic and sweatshop made. Absolutely dreadful.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. The clothing is sub standard, not in England at all and when you ask to return they say you can keep the goods and they’ll give you a percentage of the cost back.
There is no returns policy as such as it costs a fortune to get the goods back to China.
Feel totally robbed and would never be sucked in to an Instagram supplier agsin.

With my experience so far wish I could give minus stars. Wish I had read this before ordering. So far looks like 30 day money back guarantee is a lie. Dresses awful quality. Impossible to return they keep stalling. Now reading these other reviews I am expecting eventually to be given a returns address in China - if I'm lucky. Stick to brands you know. OR Celtyn if you read this, prove us all wrong and behave like a legit London company. :(

What a mug I feel! First and last time I’ll order anything from Celtyn or Instagram/Facebook. Keep away! I have paid then told I need to return to China, then offered discount to keep them, then told they don’t have my size. I chose free delivery to collect at their 300 Oxford St unit, what an idiot, doesn’t even exist! So seems I’ll never actually get to see how badly made these items are either! So much time spent on this too, replying to their polite emails generated by AI probably.

I wish I'd read the previous reviews before ordering a dress from Celtyn. While the website presents a cosy picture of a family business, I suspect the reality is very different. The dress took quite a long time to arrive and seems to have been airfreighted as a single item. There is no branding label, nor label showing the composition of fabric or washing instructions and the quality is basic. As the fit wasn't quite right I attempted to get a refund. There was an exchange of emails where they wanted me to exchange the dress, then offered me a 20% refund while keeping the dress. I pressed for a full refund and they offered me a 30% refund. I accept that I need to pay for the cost of the return but the website fails to give the address for returns. I'm not sure whether I was communicating with AI or a real person. Wanting it all to come to an end I accepted the 30% refund which did arrive a few days later. The dress will be going to a charity shop, and it's reminder to me to shop in real shops and buy from trusted brands.

Agree with the other comments on here - completely scam site with no connection to London, no connection to England, return address given (finally - you have to battle hard for it) in China, and an irritating methodology of getting you to “negotiate” an amount of a refund - basically the longer you wait and the more you argue, the bigger the refund. No integrity at all, and quality very poor. Avoid!

This is a non company. The dress I ordered was really flimsy and had no label or washing instructions of any sort. It arrived with no invoice or paperwork of any sort. It is complete junk and will go straight to a charity shop,

This company is a scam sending c**p clothes from China and won’t refund anything

If l could rate minus 10 l would this company is a joke it changes it’s name constantly it’s based in China so everything you order and need a refund it has to go back there costing 25euros !! I’m still waiting with to get back £65 and it looks very unlikely so please anybody do not order from this so called company !

AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. Their front facing website, insta, Facebook presents as a small company based in London founded by a cosy looking couple and their children. The reality isa is that the clothing comes from China, the founders do not entertain my emails but rather field them with someone who writes baseless responses to my complaint. Actually, sometimes I think AI is writing the response. They have my money. They offer refunds but you have to send the package BACK TO CHINA. Nothing on the site says the goods are coming from half way round the world. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS, should be ashamed of themselves.
