Celtyn 

A fraudulent company based in China. It lies about being in the UK. Join the battle to expose it by reporting every advert you see on social media. I've reported to Barclaycard which says if enough of us complain to their banks then the credit card companies will realise something is wrong and start to block payments.
Celtyn (also trading as Alba's Boutique, Tash & Jane, Brown & Miller UK) lies about the people running the company, changes its name every few days, sends shapeless unwearable unlabelled clothes nothing like the ones they advertise. They promise a 30 day no quibble guarantee then offer you 10% back and the only way you can get a refund is to send back to their warehouse in China and we all know it will never arrive! I’m reporting their fraudulent ads to Facebook. Their name keeps changing but if all of us look out for them on social media we can stop them advertising in the UK.

The day after I ordered clothes I was tipped off by a friend. I read the trustpilot reviews which were not as advertised on their site and I let my bank know. The company gave me a full refund. The goods arrived and were made of v cheap printed man made material. I have contacted them to ask for return labels

If zero stars had been an option, this is what they deserve. Their site clearly states that they accept returns, but they then make it impossible to return the purchased item, as they don't provide a return address and clearly just intend to keep the money.
The item received looks good in the photo, but is a very cheap-looking mass-produced item in reality. This 'company' has clearly just been set up as a way to con money from us to have been unfortunate enough to order from them.

No stars if that were possible. They are absolute scammers - and I fell for it because I loved the dress in the picture, and was sent a shoddy polyester shift dress which isn't good even for a dog bed as it is too slippery. They are absolute liars and robbers, and just to be difficult I've sent the horrid thing back - yes to China, not UK as you might think from their blurb. It's cost me £10 for being so stupid, always supposing that I get my full refund of £35. This will be a better result than the 50% they eventually offered me - a string of 12 emails obviously automated. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROB DOGS!!!

It is now 17 July 2025. I purchased 3 items from this company on or around 6 July 2025. I have still not received these items.
Today I sent an email to the company to see if they can give me an update and an order number so that I can chase up the package. I then decided to read the reviews. To my dismay there are so many bad reviews regarding this company.
The reviews show that the garments when delivered are not as described on line (they have a very impressive website). The reviews also state that many people are experiencing problems obtaining refunds.
I checked my bank statements and they show that my payment went to a company based in Amsterdam! I am now going to speak with my bank to see if there is anything that I can do to recover my payment.
Following these bad reviews I would suggest that prospective purchasers steer clear of this company. Just beware.

I said I would report back regarding receiving a refund. They would only offer a 40% refund which I decided to accept. The alternative, to receive a 100% refund, was for me to pay to return the goods back to China, something I thought would be risky and possibly costly. They wouldn't accept me posting back to their "distribution centre" in Slough.
Anyway, I did receive back the refund within approx. 5 days...
So, just don't bother with ordering anything from this company. Basically, Celtyn is a scam "shop" website selling low quality clothing etc. The London physical shop has never existed and the "closing down" sale is ever lasting.
Don't be caught out like we were.......

I've had the same experience as the others, very poor quality clothes. I got charged twice for the same clothes and find I cannot return.

Absolutely dreadful dress arrived today. Fired off an email to ask where to return it. Only then did I read the reviews. Linen? I don’t think so. Style..completely weird. The fabric reminded me of a wipeable tablecloth. Cannot add much, except, why did I not read Trustpilot first? Never again trust Facebook.

Just adding my voice in the hope others see it before purchasing. Total scam, dreadful quality, fake company, impossible to get full refund.

I ordered a top. It was too big, but more importantly, the fabric from which it was made was horrible. I asked to return it for a refund, but was told to keep it and give it to a friend. I was invited to choose something else to the same value. I gave the top to charity. I chose a dress, hoping this time it would be something I could wear. When it arrived, I had to laugh. This one I couldn't give to charity! The dress was vile and total rubbish. Strangely, it didn't make me look and feel amazing as promised by Celtyn. Maybe change your name to Celt Bin!

Is like a fraud because they wrote london but is China, I received plastic dresses at the place of cotton, horrible items and once I asked to return they told me I have to send in China at my expenses to oblige me to don’t do it, I want report them to the police to block their sites as fraud!!!

Just like everyone else, I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I am currently trying to get my money back, and at the moment have been offered a 30% refund which is unacceptable. The clothes are so naff they don't want them returned! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

My experience is the same as many others on this website. I too was going round in circles with them refusing to send a returns label and then offering a 20% refund.
This matter is now in the hands of my credit card company.

This is a scam. It’s all complete crap. Nothing like what’s advertised. The whole thing is a made up story with made up original prices. Don’t let yourself be cheated as I was - what a fool I was.

My experience is the same as the last few recent posts - a very cheap, very poor, imitation nylon sack.
DO NOT purchase anything from these shysters!
I am currently in an email ping pong with these people trying to recover my money.
Our bartering is now up to 40% goodwill gesture and I have pointed out that their offer will cost them more than refunding my money.
They insist this has to be returned to China at MY expense.
Do yourself a favour - don't!

They are scammers. Not a real shop, very poor quality products and they refuse to give me a return address for the product or a refund. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow to try to get my money back.

Just received 2 items from Celtyn, both very poor quality, 100% polyester, parcel from China. I contacted them immediately after placing my order as I had concerns and they insisted they were legit and had a shop in London but wouldn't give the address. I looked at their returns policy and they don't offer returns for sale items when all their items are on sale. Wished I had done my usual checks before ordering. Don't order from this company. They are not legit!!

Like others, I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. An unlabelled,copycat dress has just arrived, and it's clear that the website shows an invented firm and its backstory. At least I only spent £35, which I'm not going to spend time trying to recover. And to be fair, the dress is at least wearable.

Cheap nasty clothing, certainly not a family based company in London. You get better quality for much less at Shein.
I foolishly bought before checking here, they are not closing down. It takes ages to arrive as they come from China. Please don't waste your money

I am putting up another review as I was successful in getting a refund after contacting my bank and sending CELTYN a strong email. They refunded me within a few days after that.
Has taught me a salutary lesson in falling for Facebook ads.
