Absolutely wasted money, poor quality material, nothing like on pictures. Very disappointing service. Please don’t buy anything from this company, completely useless.

Ordered coat did not receive goods. This company is a scam do not buy from them.

I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I ordered a product on August 5/2025, I paid £37 and I consider it a waste of money. Today, October 14/2025, there is still no news about my package and I cannot contact anyone.

Truly a disgraceful company. Ordered a pair of shoes - they were tiny in size and the quality disgusting. They cost me £30 and I was offered a 20% discount telling me as previous reviewers returns to China expensive and will struggle to get past customs. I have been in touch again several times asking for their address saying I would take a chance with return costs etc but absolutely no response at all. Surely there is something that can be done to prevent this company from selling any further inferior quality goods? I honestly thought they were based in Manchester - no mention ever of being in China otherwise I would have avoided like the plague. I am completely disgusted

If I have a choice I wouldn’t even give one star. Company portrays itself as English. No mention on shipping from China. I’ve ordered a coat. What arrived was disgusting. Cheep smelly material and looked nothing like a photo. Website keeps bragging about return but when you complain they’ll offer a discount and tell you that shipping cost to China are high and most parcels won’t get past customs. I’ve argued and got 35% off but still have lost a fair amount of money and the cost will go to bin!!! Scam company!!! Avoid at all cost!!

This company is a complete scam. Ordered a polo shirt and the one that arrived is nothing like what was pictured. Contacted them for a return and after waiting nearly 2 weeks was offered a partial 25% discount. The accompanying info from the email was
We would like to make it clear that returns are at your own expense and the return costs to China are high, in addition, many packages do not pass through customs in the end.

Please do not use this company. They are based in china not Manchester uk. I wouldnt even use the shirt they sent as a duster. Horrid

We ordered 3 short sleeved men’s polo shirts. They were completely different to the image. Cheap polyester material rather than cotton as advertised. Would not refund or allow returns as ‘they came from China and too expensive to return’. Offered £8 as goodwill gesture, despite shirts costing nearly £90 for 3. Very disappointing.

Why did I not read the reviews before I ordered? Everyone is correct. The dress I ordered which cost £30 was terrible quality and took ages to arrive and was not made of the material it described. I complained and got £7 refunded. My mistake. Don’t make the same one. AVOID

The goods I ordered ( 2 polo shirts) never arrived despite their (so called) tracking system saying they had been delivered.

Despite their write up, Evie Manchester are NOT based in Manchester. They also do not offer a 90 day return policy as advertised. The quality of their products is also extremely poor (pretty much material they make kids fancy dress clothes out of).

I usually pride myself in due diligence before ordering, but have failed on this occasion - am trying to return the dresses but am only offered a partial refund “to save me the hassle and keep them” - despite asking on numerous occasions, they refuse to give me the returns address & wont refund anything close to what I paid for the extremely poor quality dresses.

Not accept returns as they tell you it’s likely to be stopped by Chinese customs and not make it back to them - why offer the policy in the first place?

Recieved the items 3 weeks afyer the order.
They looked nothing lile the photos, they are very cheap material,terrible stitching, these look like knock off items. I asked to return the items, they said the returns never get through customs so there's no way to return them and offered me a 25% refund, they then up this to 35% then 40% if you don't accept.
The company wont give me the return address, I suspect there isn't one.

Just like all the other reviews a total scam. Garment eventually arrived from China poor quality and wrongly sized. Impossible to return offered the usual discounts, took 40% and gave the jacket to charity shop. It’s a con, do not purchase anything from this site you will just be another unhappy victim. If it looks to good to be true it probably is !!!

First and foremost the dress was not as their website portrayed. Before I’d even got it out of the packet I could tell it was a cheap copy. I’d ordered two for size choice and immediately contacted them to return and refund both. I got a quick response offering me 25% refund and I could keep the dresses. When I said I wanted a full refund they said this was only possible if returning to China but this could take up to 3 months and customs were very strict and most often not letting things through. They offered me a 40% refund. There was no mention of China on their website. They did say they had expanded and sometimes used European warehouses. I did get the 40% refund and 2 dresses I will never wear. I’d steer well clear

Nothing like the item in the photo, Not from Manchester but direct from China,no returns address a complete con ,sorry to say I will have to put it down to a bad experience and I've been had .Do not entertain this company ,trading standards need to close this company down ASAP.

Absolute con , no returns locally you need to send back to China at a massive cost . Company keeps offering % off price but when item doesn't fit its a total waste of £30 .

Ok, as per other reviews this company is bending the truth. They are not in Manchester. Or UK. Our item arrived way off of the size ordered. No returns info, and after chasing got a message that said ‘We would like to make it clear that returns are at your own expense and the return costs to China are high, in addition, many packages do not pass through customs in the end.’. Ridiculous! I have asked them to specify where online it says this (I’m confident it does not). Website is not truthful, advise avoid, unless you are inclined to support a deception in China. No reply to emails; will report this on the advert. Do not engage with this company.

Looks to be the same Facebook promoted scam as HAVEN extremely low quality (probably Chinese) high price and long delivery. Same copy and paste photos. Facebook need to get a grip on these scams.

Order two of the same shirt with the Greek eye on the back , one for me and one for a friend . Orders received and one is a cotton shirt waist length and the other is a different material and a different length ( more like a dress ) . How can that even be possible ?? £70 down the drain Don’t order from this company .
