Water softener problem
Hi, we recently had an emergency service call due to resin from our water softener entering the main water system and blocking all connected appliances. The company’s response was prompt, and a technician attended quickly to inspect the issue.
However, despite explaining during my initial call that the resin had already entered the water system, we were not advised in a timely manner to bypass the water softener, and a replacement cartridge was not ordered at that stage. As a result, we were left without a proper service for a further two weeks.
I would appreciate it if customer service could provide more proactive and professional guidance in similar situations going forward. Aside from this issue, both the reception team and the technician were responsive and quick in handling emails, calls, and site visits. Thanks for your help!

Disappointed with service
I had a service done yesterday to replace my filters. I had noticed that there was still a red light on my unit before the person left however they told me that it would self resolve. However, I have now been left with no working water filter and just today told it would be over a week before someone can call back out to me to resolve their issue. This after paying 200 euro and now having to buy bottle water. Very poor customer service.

Service - over priced
My review is based on the price for the yearly service they offer. 140 euro and the service man was there less than 10 minutes. He said that things 'rarely go wrong' so if it's only a 10 minute look over, why such a high price.

Service engineer was an absolute gentleman. He went way and above to install and solve serious issues that he encountered. My wife and I can't recommend him enough. Also a big shout out to john in the sales department , overall just a really decent service and a lovely company to deal with.
