The technician arrived on time and…
The technician arrived on time and started work immediately. He was courteous and friendly and was of no interference to the household. He explained what he was doing and kept the repair area clean and clutter free. He tidied up as he left and you wouldn't even know he was there..

Booked AM appointment but was not informed that would not occur
When my appointment was booked for service I made it clear I needed an am appointment so it was booked a couple of weeks away.
Again, the day before my appointment I again confirmed i required an am appointment.
On both occasions I was told that shouldn’t be a problem.
However on the day of my appointment the service engineer didn’t arrive until after 2pm and I had to cancel 2 other appointments I had organised in the afternoon.
I would have appreciated if I could’ve been contacted on the morning of the appointment to inform me that an am appointment would not be occurring considering I had twice previously requested it and twice told it wouldn’t be a problem.
Disappointing!

Fast and efficient …
Thomas who serviced our unit was very efficient,tidy and polite. He provided a very positive report on our system.
The only reason for not giving a 5 star review is that we didn't receive a call/text to inform us as to whether we would get an am or pm time slot.

Worst service experience.
The service was done in just few minutes as if nothing was done. I believe the engineer just checked the water quality and changed the regeneration period(that too on my request) apart from changing the water filter. Last time the engineer took considerable time checking all the settings on the softener machine and also answered all the queries.
