Take my money without items in stock
I ordered over £300 worth of lighting….only to be emailed the next day to say that they don’t actually the the items in stock and to “contact us to tell us what you want to do”!
Why take my money(which takes days to get back) if you do not have the item in stock? Very annoying

You can always tell the good companies from bad when you have an issue.
We had a very small issue and yet this was dealt with immediately and with professional care. I would not hesitate to use again and I am already looking at another light. Delivery was quick and efficient, service 1st class and the light is absolutley stunning.
