Poor email respons, sadly!
Bought my item online, the website suggested that it was in stock. However, I received a email explai ing that it was not in stock, given an expected restock delivery date and asked if I was willing to wait. I answered the email statingvthat I was willing to wait. Some yime later, I had heard nothing so emailed a number of times, asking for an update. I did not receive a response andcwas forced to contact them directly by phone.
I have since received my ordered item and it is in good working order. I just wish that they had responded to my emails, hence 4 stars and not the 5.
