No customs duties!
We ordered three Laura Ashley lights from this company. We’re delighted with our purchase. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was very prompt. I was actually surprised by how quickly the lights arrived. Communication from the company was excellent and I was updated every step of the way. We’re based in the Republic of Ireland, and didn’t have to pay any excise duties as the Barrett Castle Lighting is based in the North. This led to a considerable saving on our part. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Fantastic company with 1st class customer service
I ordered the beautiful 5 bulb Laura Ashley Alexa chandelier from here a couple months ago. It arrived within few days. Not even a month later and my son accidentally smashed a few of the glass rods playing his Oculus headset. Absolutely devastated, honestly thought we would have to buy whole new chandelier again. I contacted Barrett castle lighting through instragram and explained the situation and the lovely Loretta sourced replacement glass rods for me immediately and had them posted to me within the week.
First class company with first class customer service. I will definitely be buying from this company again and would recommend it to anyone looking for fabulous lighting.

Lovely light but not Chrome - Its Nickle
Light is lovely but not as described - listed as Chrome but is actually Nickle, also arrived without some of the parts - emailed Barrett Castle Lighting who swiftly arranged replacement parts - reduced rating slightly as item not quite as described and initially arrived incomplete. Overall, happy with product, service received & delivery, would use again and recommend to other consumers.

Ordered 3 wall lights on 27/4/23 still not arrived no up dates at all, I had ordered a central light the week before and that arrived in 2 days so very disappointed I’m sat here waiting for the wall lights to match the central light so not happy
