Casino click refused to release my money…

Casino click refused to release my money after a major win. I deposited funds into my account without any issues, but when I first tried to make a withdrawal, I was told I had to play a game before I could withdraw. I played as required and even won additional money, but when I attempted to withdraw again, it was declined. I assumed it was a glitch and tried several more times, but the same thing happened. Eventually, I was locked out of my account for “multiple withdrawal attempts.” It was obvious they were trying to seize my funds. I contacted support, but nothing changed, and for weeks I couldn’t access my account at all.

I eventually spoke with someone about the situation, and after following a series of steps, I was able to regain access to my account and withdraw my money. The relief of finally seeing my funds was huge. Be cautious when using this platform

I absolutely love playing with Click because they have a great variety of slots to choose from, as well as always adding the most recent ones that have been released on the market!! They offer awesome deals and packages, that most of the time beat their competition on prices I've paid for the (playable in games)amount of coins/real $ I got. I'm still waiting to be verified to redeem, but it hasn't been 24 hours yet, and they promise 48. The amount of time to get through that process is the only thing I don't really like. With that said, 48 hours is definitely not bad, considering other casinos have been known to take 5-7 business days. Keep Spinning!!!

Redemption

I wouldn't have even given this casino any star they are horrible they lie about the progress being made on redemptions and I know for a fact that the party that sends out the redemptions is not at fault . It's been 35 days since my request for Bitcoin redemption and still nothing, it's still in pending request what BS is that? I've made numerous calls, live support and even emails all you get in return is the same repetitive standard lie.

I was verified very quickly

I was verified very quickly. My withdrawal was processed within 24 hours. It hasn't reached my bank yet. But I know that can take a few more days

Update. Money was in my bank the following working day :-)

awful redemption time

at this point, I am done with the site. I made a redemption on September 19. It took up until November 4 for it to finally get approved and be sent to my bank account. They said it would take a max of 10 days to get to my bank account and here it is of course day 12 about to be day 13 and still nothing in my bank account. I’ve never been more gaslit by a company like this in my life all you ever do is get to run around and tell you to support customer service while they don’t ever respond half of the time and when they do, it’s the same answerand doesn’t do anything to actually help the situation at this point. I don’t even think I’m gonna get my money.

I have redeemed a little giftcard redeem of only 60 dollars on the 12th they told me 3 business days. It don't count weekends.so I contact them today. They are still telling me 3 business days. Horrible redeem time super slow. Don't recommend. Will update if I get my redeem today as how they told me I would get it today

Frustrating Bitcoin Redemption Process

Submitted a Bitcoin redemption on Nov 10th — almost 48 hours later, still nothing. My KYC has been verified and approved since May 2025, so delays shouldn’t be an issue. Support says it can take up to 3 business days for approval plus another 3 days to hit my wallet, which makes zero sense for Bitcoin. Starting to see why there are so many complaints about Casino.Click’s payout times.
I'm only giving it three stars because I do love the game variety if it wasn't for the redemption process it would probably be my favorite casino.

Scam!!

I have been waiting for my winnings to be approved for 5 business days. I have repeatedly been in contact trying to figure out if this whole thing is a scam. I won $1200 and they said it would have it approved in 3 days. I mentioned how long people in reviews have said that they are waiting for their redemptions and I was told that they fixed the issue. Apparently not!! I feel as though Im getting the run around. Other sites that I've won out has paid out by now. Judging by other reviews on this page, it sounds like they aren't going to even pay out. If they aren't going to pay out then just say it! This site sucks and so does their customer service!

They don't pay out!

Won their GRAND PRIZE of $200 on their free plays. They only paid me $5.00. Their policy states that the free plays are capped according to them. Reached out to them, to see what the issue was, and all they could do was off me a $30.00 credit. Nah, I'm good. I don't do the deceptive policies. If a person wins, they should be paid out. PERIOD. No fine print necessary. And of course I have the receipts and screenshots of the interaction with the customer service representative..

This casino is a scam and needs to be shut down immediately. This is definitely illegal for them to take money and never payout for redemptions. I redeemed on 10/06/2025 today is 10/29/2025 and I still haven’t received my money. The chat keeps saying the necessary team will email me, I have not received not one email since I’ve been writing them. It’s no way it takes this long to send money to someone’s account this is definitely not a legit casino.

Its wrong to upset people like thisc click!to…

I was going to update my bad review to worse, but there are so many bad reviews that it would take me too long to find my old one. Still waiting on my redemption request. It’s still in the same status- requested, so they haven’t even looked at it. Contact customer service over 5 times and they tell me the same lie every time. Everyone else on here has it typed out so I’m not going to again. Have yet to hear from the “relevant team”. I going on two months now. I’m starting to think this platform is ran by some guy in a basement or garage of his moms house who had a great idea and created a fun casino but then went broke and can’t keep up with the demands of it anymore, maybe he was getting money at first but now probably nothing because people see these reviews and aren’t going to buy and the ones who weee buying aren’t and aren’t going to be loyal to a business with this kind of unethical business practices.its not just the payout part, its the emotional distress of them stringing me along telling me their dumb response when they probably just can’t pay but don’t want to give up the little bit they get from the people who still buy from them because they.dont know yet.

Apparently they are escalating the situation to the “relevant team” but after reading reviews I see this is just what they do.
