The amount of time to complete payouts…
The amount of time to complete payouts is excessively below the industry standard. They offer very few perks no matter how long you have played. The amount of spins without a single win is diabolical. A noticeable pattern occurred if my balance exceeded 300 dollars where the player return percentage was noticeably worsened. I never spent more money and played for a longer period of time at any other casino without one single processed payout. My bad.. tread lightly with this one!

What didn't go wrong. I have been waiting for my redemption for close to one month now. I email them everyday, sometimes twice a day, and when you do you'll receive two different responses totally contradicting themselves.
them twice a day you get two different emails that contradict ing themselves . They all start with an apology and the words thanks for reaching out. That's their go-to language. The first email said congratulations you are in the final stages of your payout the second email on the same day said sorry for the delay we are looking into it yada yada ya.
But each email Iresponse is just a slight variation from the days 'before and they constantly contradict themselves I think they forget what they sent or their AI is not trained very well, one of the other. I don't expect to see a dime of my $2,315. And it makes me angry because I won fair and square. If this was the other way around and you didn't pay your bookie so to speak oh my God you'd have two broken legs right. I'm just at my wit's end. However something keeps telling me to continue to bug them so I do although it's probably not actually bugging them because it's probably just AI returning the emails. And when you call you do get a person a live person each time all which say the same thing just about as well. They are trained very well. They promise unconditionally that the place is not a scam and that we will receive the funds yada yada yada. It's just my numbing bullshit. Sorry for the blatant not very nice language but as you can imagine I am furious and well at this point just jaded. Never will I spend a dime oncasino.click and I beg you not to give them a penny either it is money wasted.

Not Well, still waiting on redemption, verification taking longer than the 48 hrs they've said and this isn't including the weekend that's passed.
Finally, Kyc went thru Wed, Oct. 22 at 8am but now I'm still waiting to be redeemed now its Thurs, Oct. 23 at 7:30pm

Slowest paying socail casino by far. Customer support is as helpful as a bot. Kyc took 5 days even though after you finish, kyc says its up to 48 hours. Then clowns in Customer support says a 3 days. If you have to send a document. They will wait 24hrs to view it. I won my funds Oct 1st and had all my kyc infor to them by the 3rd. Kyc wasn't completed until the 9th or 10th. Then the redemption process. Long story short, this took 5 business days when they say it should take 3. 3 days is too long considering other casinos gets it accepted the day or day after you send in request. Customer support is a joke and worthless. Then once I got the redemption approval, in the email it i should expect in my account between 5-10 business day. I dont know why I contacted support because I only end up getting upset to their scripted response. Walter is the first rep whose name wasn't 4 letters which I thought was strange and I called them out, now all of a sudden Walter appeared. But Walter tells me it will be a minimum of 10 business days. If it takes a 10 business days it will be around Halloween and I won $100 on October 1st. I hate this Casino and will play their free play forever refusing give them a 1$ more profit. I wouldn't be surprised if they find a way not to pay. Again I hate this Casino. The only Casino I can say this. Kyc is a joke, customer support is pathetic, Redemption department is pathetic joke if they take 10 business days.

With my 1st win it took several attempts to complete the verification process but I still got my money within a couple weeks. Since then each time it has taken longer and longer. Verification process took a little longer than most as well as my 1st redemption which took about 2 weeks but i finally received the money. Since then I have had 2 more decent wins and each time the process to redeem my winnings has taken longer than before. They owe me $550 and I put in my request over a month ago. Still Waiting After 3 Months – Feels Like a Total Scam
I won a prize from Casino Click Online Casino over three months ago, and I still haven’t received my payout. Since then, all I’ve been getting is the same scripted responses: “It’s being processed,” “It’s on the way,” or “Just a little longer.” It’s clear at this point that I’m just being given the runaround.
They’ve shown zero accountability, and I’m starting to seriously doubt I’ll ever see the prize I rightfully won. I’ve kept records of all communication, and I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities because players deserve better.
In my opinion, Casino Click is not trustworthy. People need to know what they’re getting into before depositing money or playing here. Be cautious — this platform feels like a complete scam.
