Trying to spin my measly $4 and none of the games work. Keeps telling me server error or that i can't play on my country. I was playing in Wisconsin and now Arizona is an entire different country? Still waiting on my redemption for 9…
Still waiting on my redemption for 9 days now. I have been back in forward with support. First time I was told 3 business days. On the 4th day they had the same excuse...3 business days I told them its going on 5 business days. So they "forwarded my issue to the correct department ". Its excuse after excuse. Of course no reply back via email. I love a good casino where you dont have to worry at all regarding redemptions. Still waiting casino click. No more excuses.

DO NOT do business with this casino!!!! I was playing and landed on a bonus and ironically the game froze. I chatted with customer service for 3 days straight and was told that when the issue was resolved that they would reimburse me, well when it finally unfroze they refused to reimburse me nor allow me to play the bonus spins that I won and never got the chance to play bc of an issue within their game. I even had video and screenshots showing that I landed the bonus and it froze and I was told that even though they could see that I hit the bc the system didn’t record it then it never happened!!! Stay away they will rip you off!!!!

Been waiting 10 days for my redemption of $150. Still shows it’s pending. Great casino, but payouts should be faster. I will update when I receive my redemption.
UPDATE: Been 5 WEEKS and haven’t been paid yet. My account is already verified (this is my second redemption) Multiple e-mails and chat’s and get nowhere. Unacceptable.

Players beware as for my first time playing there as I thought with it being my first account like I said as I thought because I have never opened any other account with this casino with my five little free spins I want $160 3 days go by as I wait for account verification a customer service agent told me that my verification should be done by today I go back to check on my verification and I can't log in so I noticed there are three messages in the little chat area I open it to find that after the last conversation with an agent after I had already left the chat was that my account that I just created plus $160 on that I was waiting to be verified have been closed and my $160 redemption was gone no longer mine because supposedly there was another account that was created so it broke their policy mind you I had no idea about this so-called other account that also had not been verified. So needless to say they closed my brand new account took my money or my winnings and proceeded to tell me but I'm not allowed to have multiple accounts even though I didn't create the other account and since there was they wanted to close this one that I just created because obviously they didn't want to pay the $160 Red machine so I'd advise you to either be absolutely positive that there's not another account in your name somehow or just stay away because if they really wanted to they could have seen or at least ask me about the other so-called account and still could have gave me a warning and gave me my winnings absolutely ridiculous!!!!

This is an update to my last review. I finally got paid but it did take a long time. I have since done another redemption request and it took about two weeks. I have won enough today March 5, 2026 and let's see how long this one takes. I changed from one star to four because I have been winning but I don't like the redemption time.

Be careful with Casino Click I had won $15.00 on 8 free spins for logging in Dec 2025 and it only gave me credit of $2.00 I spoke with customer service Agent Mina gave me the runaround that he/she or Robot could not see me logged on that I would have logged out and refresh the page by the 3x doing it I got a different Agent saying it’s in the rules you only get$2.00 they only credit 5 spins. The next thing they tell me is it's been exculated to the right department for review it's top priority. It's still hasn't came days later. Casino click refused to release my money after a major win. I deposited funds into my account without any issues, but when I first tried to make a withdrawal, I was told I had to play a game before I could withdraw. I played as required and even won additional money, but when I attempted to withdraw again, it was declined. I assumed it was a glitch and tried several more times, but the same thing happened. Eventually, I was locked out of my account for “multiple withdrawal attempts.” It was obvious they were trying to seize my funds.
